Su Yan didn’t even lift her eyelids as she walked into the room along the path she had come from.
Qiu Shi’s face trembled with anger as she was ignored like this.
She looked at the pieces of paper hanging in the sky, a fierce look flashing in her eyes.
Thirty minutes later, the door of the bedroom was suddenly kicked open.
Because the Third Prince and Nantang were not there, Qiu Shi, being a First-class Palace Maid, suddenly felt very bold.
With one hand holding up her skirt and the other clutching something unknown.

Qiu Shi sneered,
"Communicating secretly with outsiders, do you know the severity of this crime? If Your Highness finds out, even skinning you alive wouldn’t suffice!"
Qiu Shi’s words buzzed persistently in her ears.
Su Yan felt a rising sense of irritation that she almost couldn’t suppress.
Qiu Shi saw her not responding and looking dazed.
With a bang, she slapped the table again.
The papers on the table scattered all over.
Qiu Shi narrowed her eyes, her expression cold
"I’m telling you, this time, not even the king himself can save you! Come! Follow me to see nanny!"
As she said this, she started to pull on Su Yan’s sleeve to pull her outside.
Qiu Shi grabbed a handful of the ripped pieces of paper from the table.
"Come with me!"
As the two of them tugged at each other, they left the bedroom.
Their voices attracted the attention of many palace maids standing nearby.
Su Yan bowed her head, letting herself be dragged.
But just as they stepped out of the room, drip drop, drip drop, it began to rain.
Su Yan, slow by a few beats, looked up.
She watched the raindrops continuously falling from the sky.
She closed her eyes, letting the raindrops hit her face.
The rain grew heavier.
The buzzing noise in her head finally dissipated.
She blinked her eyes, her gaze becoming icy,
stopped walking, and the next second, pulled her hand from the grasp.
Raising her pale palm, watching the raindrops fall, she whispered faintly,
"It’s raining."
Seeing Su Yan resisting, Qiu Shi seemed to see it as an opportunity.
"Su Yan, you spy! Let me tell you! So many sisters here, do you still think you can deny it?!"
Su Yan, hearing the noise, looked at Qiu Shi standing in front of her.
"Accusing me of being a spy, do you have any evidence?"
Qiu Shi burst out laughing, lifting her hand,
"These are the pieces you tore that prove illicit communication with outsiders! Got nothing to say now, huh? Hahaha!!"
Qiu Shi’s laughter grew louder, and after she had her laugh, she raised her hand again intending to grab Su Yan’s arm
"Come! Follow me to see nanny!"
While speaking, she continued to pull her outside.
But just a few steps later, Su Yan broke free again.
Su Yan looked at the clump of torn papers in Qiu Shi’s hand.
After a moment of silence, she whispered in a volume only they could hear,
"You’ve been discovered, so, you must die."
Qiu Shi scoffed
"Who do you think you are? Dare to kill me in front of all these people? I tell you, if I die, you won’t live either!!"
Just as Qiu Shi finished speaking, Su Yan whispered,
"Kill her."
