This Game Is Too Realistic Chapter 792

There was no doubt about it! Those people were from the Enterprise!

"Cuff these men!" Sideline Slacking looked back at his teammates and ordered. Construction Boy didn't hesitate to pull out handcuffs while approaching Piman.

Faced with the soldiers walking towards him, Piman didn't resist. He gracefully extended his hands.

Losing to those guys from the East Coast wasn’t shameful.

Their equipment was so overpowered, they were basically cheating. They barely stopped short of using tactical nukes.

Also, those people have a moral fixation. Being captured by them wasn’t usually too bad.

At the same time, the battle in the south had also ended.

Having cleared the machine gun positions and the watchtower, the team quickly occupied the fixed weapons positions before, unleashing firepower on the four trucks in the distance.

Faced with the simultaneous outbreak of gunfire from both front and rear, the centurion caught between the resistance army and the players quickly suffered more than half casualties, losing the ability to fight.

Seizing the opportunity, Yard immediately gave the order. He led a 100-man team forward, capturing all the remaining enemies who had lost the will to resist.

On the other side, the Weasel reconnaissance vehicle returning to the military base to support the infantry had its engine blown up by the players' RPGs. It’s turret displays a white flag of surrender.

With that, this military operation spanning the desert could essentially be declared a victory, the chaotic military base left with only sporadic gunfire and faint flames.

The Death Corps killed a total of 652 Army soldiers, 121 mutant mercenaries, and captured over 470 combatants and non-combatants.

In terms of casualties, their unprecedented operation suffered only 31 deaths.

And the number included those severely wounded and disabled, players who had their comrades finish them off for fun.

Hearing the reports of victories and losses from the various squads, Sideline Slacking also couldn’t help but gasp.

Is this the power of money?

As long as we have the equipments, it's hard to even die!

Raising his rifle over his head to signal his New Alliance’s identity, Yard walked towards the military base, meeting Sideline Slacking who was escorting prisoners out of the bomb shelter beside the command center.

He extended his calloused right hand, gripping the hand of the young man before him tightly. "Thank you for your support!"

"No problem, we are allies on the same side," shaking his hand, Sideline Slacking continued, "But I still have to say, you guys came an hour ahead of the original plan, we almost didn't make it."

Thank goodness the Army underestimated the enemy and didn't send out their tanks, otherwise it might have been a tough battle.

Yard was slightly stunned for a moment before speaking again, "That's impossible, the message we received was to launch the attack at the stroke of midnight. The messenger sent by Prince Wint even specifically reminded us to set our watches to the New Alliance’s timezone."

Saying this, he took out a crumpled map from his pocket and handed it to Sideline Slacking.

The map was marked with several brief pieces of intelligence, including the timing and steps of the operation.

Sideline Slacking's expression was a bit strange. He took a photo of the map and then handed it back to Yard. "... Maybe it's a misunderstanding."

From his position, it wasn't easy to say things that might sow discord, but it was indeed hard to rule out the possibility that there were people within the Lion Kingdom who hoped they would die.

Yard clearly thought of it as well, but he didn't show any anger on his face. He simply nodded calmly. "Yeah, let's just say it was a misunderstanding."

No matter what, it wasn't the time for internal disputes. Even if there were conflicts, they should be dealt with after the war.

Moreover, it had nothing to do with the alliance that supported them. It was purely an internal problem of the Lion Kingdom.

"Let's talk about something happy. We've already obtained the intelligence we needed, including both personal and physical evidence... Basically, it's stuff that can cause trouble for our enemies." As he spoke, Sideline Slacking glanced at the command center where boxes were being moved out and at the officers being escorted out from the bomb shelters.

The alliance had already dispatched a delegation, waiting in the area where the Sunset Province bordered the River Valley Province, ready to take over the prisoners and evidence from them.

After the handover, those officers and their arms procurement orders would be sent to the Great Rift Valley, and then Bugra Free State should expect a wave of purges. That was the most optimistic scenario.

Even if things weren't that optimistic, the alliance might still gain goodwill from the north, or even friendship.

Speaking of the Great Rift Valley, it was also considered one of the Fallen Empires, and it used to be the headquarters of the Post-War Reconstruction Committee, although it didn't have as strong a presence as the Enterprise, the Army, or the Academy.

Sideline Slacking was quite curious about what their map looked like. He wondered if Light had made it yet.

Yard glanced at the despondent Piman and Antonite beside him, not recognizing those two faces, but judging by their ranks, they had to be important commanders.

“What about the other prisoners?” Yard asked.

"We’ll leave them to you to deal with, including the spoils of war in this military base. I hope you can take away as much as possible, and destroy as much as possible what you can't take, especially the Conqueror tanks." Sideline Slacking said, glancing at the pale blue text on his VM, then added, "By the way, according to the intelligence we just gathered, the Army's commander in the Sunset Province, General Griffin, seems to be planning a new offensive from the north. He is coordinating with the western forces to encircle the Lion Kingdom's capital."

Yard's expression gradually became serious. "I will notify Prince Wint of the Lion Kingdom."

Sideline Slacking nodded. "Yes, if you have a faster way to spread the message, it's best to inform him as soon as possible."

The battle moved into the stage of clearing the battlefield.

Although the mission required leaving the equipment for the local forces, Sideline Slacking couldn't resist his brothers' urging and went to check out their military assets. A glance at the tanks in the garage made several players unable to look away.

Mesmerized, they stared at the tanks in the garage as Construction Boy dreamed out loud, "Imagine if we drove these tanks, wouldn't we be able to form an armored brigade?!"

There were 50 tanks there!

There were heavy tanks, anti-aircraft vehicles, and self-propelled guns. It was more than enough to form an enhanced battalion!

Eye Owe Money shot him a look. "Can you drive?"

Construction Boy sneered, "No! But I can learn! And do those NPCs know how to drive those tanks?"

Hearing the two bickering, Sideline Slacking smiled. "The kings in the desert clearly have reserve Dinar. Obviously they've imported the Army's equipment, no matter through what channels. Since Yard is taking over this batch of arms, they obviously have a way to utilize them...”

“... As for how to use them, let's not worry about that, it's time to hit the road."

He patted the shoulder of those beside him and turned towards the north side of the camp.

It was where the Death Corps’ tricycles were parked.

They still had to ride those tricycles north, crossing the desert to meet the New Alliance’s delegation waiting at the border of the province for the handover of prisoners and evidence.

On the other side, next to the military base's arsenal, resistance army soldiers were busily loading ammunition, fuel, and weapons onto trucks. They prepared to transport them away.

Those soldiers with driving experience were climbing into the tanks, familiarizing themselves with the controls.

Standing beside Yard, Klav lowered his voice and asked, "Should we tell Prince Wint about that message?"

Yard was silent for a while before finally nodding. "Of course."

Everything was for the greater good.

The Lion Kingdom had shown them kindness after all. They couldn't negate this kindness because of some villains.

Klav nodded, feeling relieved. He was glad Yard hadn't been blinded by anger.

Then, Klav looked towards the group of prisoners squatting on the ground.

The New Alliance hadn't demanded they spare those people, instead giving them the authority to decide their fate.

Yard looked at the prisoners with their hands on their heads, feeling indifferent.

Killing them would be satisfying, but it would serve no other purpose. And... It might bring suffering to the people in the occupied areas.

After some thought, he made his decision. "Keep them around."

"We need these people to exchange for our fellow members."
