"Yum, yum, so delicious…"
At the dining table, Yuujin, Trunks, and the girls, including Goku, devoured their meals ravenously. The maids continuously served plate after plate of delectable dishes, promptly clearing away the empty ones.
The Saiyan appetite resembled a black hole in the universe. Bulma and the others had long become accustomed to this sight.
After eating and drinking to their hearts' content, Yuujin and the girls, with the assistance of the maids, bathed and changed clothes. Trunks also cleaned himself up and donned the attire Bulma had prepared for him. He even tied his long hair back with a simple string, looking completely refreshed.
"Trunks, here's your time machine. I didn't break it or anything."
Bulma grinned as she handed Trunks the capsule containing his time machine.
"Bulma, has it only been a day outside? You finished studying it so quickly?"
Even Yuujin was slightly surprised, let alone Trunks. It didn't seem possible for Bulma, no matter how brilliant, to fully analyze the time machine in just a day.
"Do you think that's possible?"
"I only recorded all the data from the time machine for later research," Bulma replied, rolling her eyes at Yuujin.
Yuujin nodded in understanding. Merely recording the data within the time machine would indeed be feasible with the equipment and conditions available at the temple.
"Trunks, I suppose you're planning to head back?" Yuujin asked, shifting the conversation.
"Yes, Yuujin-san. I've already stayed here long enough, and it's time for me to return to our world," Trunks responded. "With my current strength, I should be able to handle the androids. I want to hurry back and save our world."
After spending a grueling year of hellish training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Trunks and the others had achieved significant results. Their base combat strength had greatly increased, and Yuujin, Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks had all mastered Full Power Super Saiyan, pushing the capabilities of Super Saiyan to their limits.
With Trunks' current strength, dealing with the two androids should pose no problem.
"We understand your desire to save your world. Go ahead," Yuujin said. He turned to two nearby maids, "Suno, Meizhen, fetch some Senzu Beans for Trunks."
"Yes, Master Yuujin," they replied, heading to Eden to gather freshly ripened Senzu Beans for Trunks.
Seeing the Senzu Beans brought tears to Trunks' eyes. Memories of fighting alongside Gohan, who sacrificed himself to protect him, resurfaced. Gohan had been gravely injured, even losing an arm, yet he gave Trunks the last Senzu Bean without hesitation.
"What's wrong, Trunks?" Yuujin noticed his reaction and asked.
"It's nothing… just some old memories," Trunks said, quickly adjusting his emotions.
"Senzu Beans can restore energy and heal injuries. Although your current strength should be enough to defeat the androids, take some just in case," Yuujin advised, not pressing further.
For Yuujin and the others, Senzu Beans, though precious, were in abundant supply. Giving some to Trunks was a simple act of kindness.
Trunks, deeply moved, bowed respectfully. "Yuujin-san, thank you all so much!"
Though his initial arrival had been met with misunderstandings, Yuujin and the others had treated him with care after learning the truth. They had trained him, given him the power to confront the androids, and now gifted him these invaluable Senzu Beans.
As Trunks prepared to leave, he couldn't help but reflect on his mother's decision to build the time machine. Her intention had been to prevent other worlds from suffering the same fate as theirs. That decision had given him a way to save their world.
In the temple's plaza, Trunks retrieved the time machine from its capsule, ready to return to his world. He bid everyone farewell.
"Yuujin-san, Goku-san, Chi-Chi-san, Mother, Aunt, thank you all for everything."
"Well, I didn't do much," Bulma remarked casually.
"Trunks, once you've dealt with the androids, visit us if you have the chance," Goku said cheerfully.
"And let's train together again sometime!" Chi-Chi added.
Everyone had grown fond of Trunks during his stay, admiring his courage and resilience. They all wished him a smooth journey and success in saving his world.
Standing before Vegeta, Trunks said, "Father, please take care of yourself."
Vegeta merely snorted and ignored him. Trunks' insistence on calling her "Father" had initially earned him repeated beatings, but over time, Vegeta had grown numb to it.
Just as Trunks was about to leave, Vegeta spoke coldly, "You're a Saiyan. If you lose to those androids again, I won't forgive you!"
"Yes, Father!" Trunks responded enthusiastically.
Climbing into the time machine, Trunks waved goodbye. "Everyone, farewell!"
"Farewell, Trunks!" Yuujin and the others waved as the time machine ascended and disappeared into the sky.
As they watched Trunks leave, Bulma sighed, "He's such a good kid. It's a pity he's the child of the other world's me and Vegeta. What a tragedy…"
Chi-Chi and the others chuckled at her dramatics, while Vegeta, visibly annoyed, snapped, "What did you just say?!"
Bulma pouted. "I was talking about the other world's Vegeta, not you."
Though she was deliberately teasing him, Vegeta couldn't argue back, her anger simmering at the thought of her alternate counterpart.
Turning to Yuujin, Bulma clung to his arm with sparkling eyes. "Yuujin, let's have a baby too!"
"Sure, let's make a little Trunks of our own."
"Now?" Bulma exclaimed, blushing as Yuujin began tugging at her clothes. The other girls covered their faces in exasperation, and even Vegeta twitched with irritation.
"These shameless fools!"
