The man in black sprinted forward, disregarding everything behind him. He had no choice but to run for his life. His only hope was the raging waves ahead. If he could plunge into the sea, he would have a chance to escape.
However, just after taking a few steps, he suddenly felt a ripple in the space beside him.
Mu You appeared out of nowhere beside him, holding a large cleaver. Without saying a word, he swung it towards the man’s legs.
Mu You had kept his teleportation ability hidden until now. His sudden appearance was quite a shock.
But perhaps it was because of his years of struggling on the brink of life and death, the man in black sensed danger just in time. He rolled to the side, barely evading the blade.
Of course, his roll had its cost. Not only was he now covered in grime, but he also rolled directly into the attacking range of the Battle Eagle.
The Battle Eagle high in the sky showed no mercy and immediately struck with lightning.

Seeing that the man was getting closer and closer to the sea, Mu You gave up on using the knife again, raised his Magic Wand, and silently launched an Air Cannon, aiming at his bare feet.
Just as the attack was about to hit, the man in black seemed to detect something, swiftly altered his direction, and jumped to another side, once again evading the attack.
"How did he dodge that?"
Mu You was surprised. This guy’s sense of danger was frighteningly sharp!
"You need to learn to control your power. Black Magic is too powerful; even though it’s silent on the surface, its murderous intent can be detected by the enemy," Vivian said.
"What should I do?" Mu You asked eagerly.
"Try to control the Crystal and adjust the frequency of your Magic Power output. Always remember your needs. Don’t use magic with the intention to kill the enemy in one hit. Just try to disrupt the enemy," she advised.
Reminded by Vivian, Mu You immediately began to adapt, focusing his consciousness on the Crystal in his brain and trying to contract his natural magic power.
It was not until he felt the magic power in the Crystal being compressed into a thin line that he waved his Magic Wand and produced a Shockwave.
The target was no longer the man’s legs but where his foot was about to land.
The Shockwave formed a pit in the sand, forcing the man in black to take a quick leap, narrowly avoiding it.

Mu You shook his head, pressed his Pocket Watch, and reversed time, readjusting the power of his attack.
"Too weak this time, not enough power..."
The opportunity for such realistic practice was rare, so Mu You considered the escaping figure before him a practice target. In the looping time, he continuously fired Air Cannons, adjusting the power with each attempt, trying to find the right amount of force.
Meanwhile, Go Ziming, who was in the lead, had no idea about what was going on behind him.
Seeing that he was getting close to the seashore, with the waves rolling over his pants leg, Gao Ziming was thrilled. At last, he could escape from this maniac!

"Perfect, just the right power!"
Mu You stood behind, holding his Magic Wand with a smile playing on his lips.
He called this ’Slippery-Foot Technique’, a modified application of the Air Cannon that he had been experimenting with hundreds of times.
He used mini air cannons to bombard the enemy’s landing point continuously. With the accurate predictions from his Time Pocket Watch, he could make the enemy slip with every step, ensuring a fall with every stride. The harder the struggle, the more friction was created, causing them to stay in one place.
The man in black on the other side finally realized that he was being toyed with after several failed attempts to stand and run.
If Mu You had this technique, why didn’t he use it at the very beginning? He chose to use it when he was on the brink of reaching the sea; wasn’t this to purely annoy him?
At this moment, the few dozen meters distance to the sea had become a hurdle that he could never cross.
Seeing the Battle Eagle approaching from above, and the three zombies surrounding him once again, Gao Ziming quickly raised his hand and shouted, "Wait!"

Vivian didn’t remain idle either. She flapped her wings in the background, casting a ’Flying Spell.’ The box and the parchment scroll that had fallen from the black-clad man’s hand were caught by an invisible hand and slowly floated towards her.
