You’ve searched with greater efficiency than Mu You had initially imagined. After all, his expectations were quite low, he merely required the mecha to be ’Operational’.

Mounting these two contraptions to a humanoid mech might seem incongruent... But Mu You couldn’t worry about that. He hadn’t found anything yet, and now that he had, he rushed to fit them in.

Alchemy is a very rigorous discipline, where even a single misaligned gear or bolt can cause the entire mech to stop operating. However, his mech was able to operate with a bunch of assorted junk from the garbage heap!
Still pondering over this, Mu You put down his phone and walked to the center of the room to try changing the mech’s skin again.
As his figure shrank, he was immediately hit with the sensation of losing all feeling in his limbs. This time, however, his vision remained clear, allowing him to have a sharp view of his surroundings.
Not wasting a moment, Mu You quickly ’moved’ in front of the mirror for a quick look.
Not surprisingly, the mirror reflected a metal robot. From head to toe, there was not even a trace of human flesh left.
However, the first thought that came to Mu You upon seeing his current skin profile was... it’s quite ugly!
Overlooking the worn-out upper body and the semi-absent head, the upper part still managed to have a human semblance.
But what was up with those crab-like metal legs attached to the lower half of the robot body? With one of the four legs missing, the otherwise stable robot was hobbling around on three legs.
And even more strangely, a steel scorpion’s tail was protruding from the robot’s back. This tail was designed as an attack weapon meant to puncture the enemy upon approaching it. But the bizarre fact was that it was attached to a humanoid robot’s back. Mu You wondered if the tail will first pierce through his own robot’s head while attacking.
"What a weird-looking hybrid thing..."
Returning to reality, Mu You muttered under his breath, then switched back to his real body.
No matter how things had proceeded, the fact was that he had managed to get the mech moving. His next steps would be to find more powerful and visually appealing parts for it.
Moreover, now that he had a robot skin, to other robots he had become a member of their own kind. He could unapologetically enter the city. Who would care enough to attack a harmless robot like him?

The combat power was indeed pitifully low, but the even more noticeable change was in the action capabilities. The action capability disappeared altogether and was replaced with an ’energy level’.
