"I’m looking for someone from this household..."
Mu You had just opened his mouth when he remembered he didn’t understand Japanese.
Just as he contemplated how to communicate, the person opposite him suddenly started speaking fluent Chinese, "Are you from the Celestial Dynasty? Are you a relative of Mr.Ye’s family?"
Mu You took a look at her, after confirming that she had a player identification above her head, he shook his head and said, "I am Mr. Ye’s friend from the Celestial Dynasty, I made a special trip to visit him."

"Hold on, a family of three?"
Upon hearing this, Mu You caught on - "You mean their family has only ever comprised three people?"
"Yes, Mr. Ye, his wife, and their daughter." The woman looked at Mu You strangely, not quite understanding his line of questioning.
"Did Mr. Ye... ever have another daughter?" Mu You tried to ask delicately.
"Are you referring to an illegitimate daughter?" The woman looked at him even more peculiarly before hastily waving her hands, "I wouldn’t know about that. I’ve been living here for more than ten years and I’ve only ever seen the little girl named Meng Meng..."
Mu You frowned. The little girl explicitly stated that Mian Mian was her elder sister, who had grown up together with her. Why hadn’t she appeared at all?
Afterward, Mu You didn’t ask any more questions. He quietly cast a forgetfulness spell on the woman to make her forget about the recent events, then left the place and hid in the shadows.

Mu You conducted a search within the house, and in short order confirmed that this was indeed a household of three. All the household items were in sets of three, and he even found a family photo album, which cataloged all of Ye Rumeng’s photos growing up. However, every photo seems to only feature the three family members repeatedly, no evidence of a fourth member could be see.
The question now is, is Mian Mian actually a part of this family?
Did the little girl lie to him? Could it be that Mian Mian is not her elder sister?
But the previous conversation between the two undead members, they mentioned Unit 14, Mian Mian, who should be living here...
After some thinking, Mu You opened the lock core space, found the little girl inside, and brought her out of the space.
"Huh? Mu You, this is my home!"
Appearing within the dimly lit room, Ye Rumeng looked around initially confused then quickly recognized where she was, dashing around the room, looking for her belongings.
"My cushion, my toys, my awards... Mu You come and see, this is my room..."
The little girl excitedly ran back to the room and subconsciously wanted to switch on the lights, but Mu You stopped her.
"Meng Meng, what is the last thing you remember about your parents?" Mu You crouched down before her and asked earnestly.
Only then did Ye Rumeng stop to recall, and managed to say with some difficulty, "I remember... my father was driving, and suddenly the car soared into the air, then.... then, I can’t remember anything..."
Mu You nodded, at least her memory about her family was accurate.
"Your elder sister, has she always been living with you guys here?" Mu You asked again.

However, her hand was suspended in mid-air for quite some time, yet it did not come to rest on anything specific.
The little girl was taken aback and determined; she ran to the other rooms.
However, after going through all the rooms, she couldn’t find anything that proved the existence of her elder sister.
The little girl stood rooted to the spot in trance, and after a while, she suddenly held her head in pain as though she was dizzy.
"Mu You, my head is hurting... it’s so dizzy..."
The little girl toppled sideways and was caught by Mu You just in time.
Looking down, she had already closed her eyes and fallen asleep, her face still twisted in pain.
Mu You sighed. Judging from Louise’s diary, ’Mian Mian’ definitely existed in reality, and she had been imprisoned in that underground factory for a long time. However, she was probably not Ye Rumeng’s real sister. The car accident that happened to this family might have been created by the Ghost Society who kidnapped the little girl during the accident.
So, the little girl might have also been in that underground factory before, and perhaps it was there she met Mian Mian, something must have happened between the two.
