Grande bursts of dazzling fireworks bloomed before her, trailing long, brilliant tails as they fell from the sky.
Standing at a high vantage point, Gu Shengyin saw some of the sparkler’s tails even seemed to fall close to her.
She joyfully tried to catch them with her hands, only to discover that these beautiful little things turned into a pinch of ash that the wind easily dispersed when they landed in her hands.
But even more breathtaking fireworks started to burst forth in the sky.
"So beautiful!" She turned back and smiled at Yu Wenrui standing behind her.
Yu Wenrui was a bit dazed as he watched the woman across from him. She had a blooming beauty, standing slim and graceful, with the splendid fireworks of a prosperous age behind her.
In such a scene, with such a person, he thought, I will never forget this in my lifetime.
