The next moment, she felt a pair of strong hands wrap around her waist, and suddenly, her body was off the ground.
Ovis couldn’t suppress the tumultuous feelings in his heart; he joyously began to spin around the spacious room while holding Gu Shengyin.
Gu Shengyin could understand his emotions and simply stretched out her arms to encircle his neck to maintain her balance.
It wasn’t until her body couldn’t take it anymore that they stopped.
"Ovis, I’m dizzy," she said.
Ovis came to a sudden halt.
He stopped spinning and carefully carried Gu Shengyin to sit on a couch to the side.
He didn’t let her go but rather had her sit on his lap.
"Lord Wu Luo... Wu Luo, are you alright?" He looked at Gu Shengyin’s pale, bloodless cheeks with a touch of heartache, inwardly annoyed at his own carelessness.
