Shortly after he sent out that message, a private chat popped up on QQ.
Tangtang: Holy shit, Dusk, you still claim you’re not close with Clear Wine? I’ve never seen you speak out for anyone before!
Drunk at Dusk: Well, we weren’t close before, but we are now.
Tangtang: Who are you trying to fool?
Dream Back Da Tang went through Drunk at Dusk’s Weibo and, sure enough, found that he was following A Tune of Clear Wine.
Then he checked A Tune of Clear Wine’s Weibo, and it was empty at the top of their following list.
"Hahahaha... Dusk, you got yours today!" he laughed uncontrollably to himself.
The crowd that had been spectating the gossip here felt that things seemed to be getting more and more tangled.
Even the usually distant Dusk has come forward, and what’s more, he’s staunchly supporting Clear Wine. What on Earth happened here?
After finishing their classes, Gu Shengyin and Su Su took care of lunch before heading back to the dormitory.
It had been a busy week, with three exams alone, which is why Qu Qing hadn’t dealt with the incident in a timely manner.
Once back in the dorm, Gu Shengyin booted up her computer, while Su Su knocked on the door, carrying a plate of grapes.
"You’ve got exams coming up, Qingqing, and here you are still messing with your online novels?" Su Su said in surprise.
Gu Shengyin looked at her calmly: "You’re still gaming, aren’t you?"
Upon hearing this, Su Su wore a smug look: "That’s different, I’m a top student."
Indeed, Su Su had managed to snag the university’s top scholarship year after year, much to the envy of those who crammed at the last minute and often failed.
Qu Qing was the type to cram right before exams, beginning to study like crazy a week beforehand and then leaving it to fate during the exams.
Most of the time, she passed, and on the rare occasions she didn’t, Miss Qu declared that there was always a retest.
She didn’t need to gold-plate her credentials with an impressive degree. The Qu Family just wanted their daughter to be happy and let her do whatever she wanted.
Qu Qing popped a grape into her mouth: "Ran into an idiot today, gotta deal with her first. I can’t settle down to study otherwise."
Now, that’s some juicy gossip!
Su Su loved this stuff.
She quickly dragged a chair over to sit beside Gu Shengyin, snatching up a grape for herself: "Tell me, tell me, what happened that made my adorable Qingqing unable to bear it?"
In Su Su’s eyes, her roommate Qu Qing was really good-natured.
Despite being a pampered heiress, her personality wasn’t foul at all; she wasn’t pretentious or showy and was just a bit delicate. But why wouldn’t she be, with her whole family doting on her and never letting anything bother her?
She had plenty of friends in real life, but hardly any enemies.
By Qu Qing’s logic, if she didn’t like someone, she simply ignored them, and the two naturally wouldn’t cross paths again, so there would be no bad blood.
If someone could be branded an idiot by her, they must have gone too far.
