After a round of voting, the atmosphere grew heavy.

The word "eat" was mentioned again, so Number 1's word must be a type of food. Judging from his vote for Number 10 in the previous round, it should be a cheap food.

Then, the word Shen Mo received must be very similar to "chewing gum," yet distinctly different.
The answer was close at hand.
Bai Youwei felt more at ease now that she had a good idea.
"Number 3, please describe your word group," the Overseer said.
She glanced at the Overseer, thinking she might change her strategy. After a moment of contemplation, she said, "I didn't want to say this, but I've noticed that some people here don't seem to understand how to play this game…"
Everyone looked at her.
Bai Youwei curled her lips and continued, "This game isn't about testing your language skills. Don't forget, there are ghosts in this game. Have you considered the consequences if two ghosts guess our words and survive to the end?"
The Overseer had said that the game would end when only players with the same word group remained.
But what if the last ones alive were all ghosts? Although the probability was low, it was indeed a possibility.
Everyone reacted and looked at the Overseer in unison.
The Overseer glanced at Bai Youwei, then addressed the crowd, explaining politely, "If one ghost remains until the end, they can form an alliance with any team. If two ghosts remain, it means there are no more friends here, and the gathering cannot be held."
"What does that mean?" the middle-aged Auntie Number 8 asked nervously. "What do you mean it cannot be held?!"
The Overseer replied, "It means the gathering is canceled, everyone is eliminated, and the ghosts win and leave the game. Do you understand?"
Everyone became tense, their eyes darting between each other, trying to identify the ghosts hidden among them!
Her goal achieved, Bai Youwei was satisfied.
She spoke again: "Now you understand? We should eliminate the ghosts first! The longer this goes on, the more information the ghosts get. They might guess the word groups and hide among us! I suggest that in this round, we eliminate the suspected ghosts. Since we're not eliminating our own teammates, no one should object, right?"
The last sentence planted a seed—anyone who objected to her words must be a ghost.
As expected, although everyone looked hesitant, no one objected.
Auntie Number 8 asked her directly, "Who do you think is a ghost?"
Bai Youwei replied, "In the last round, my description was 'can be bought in many supermarkets.' Then, Number 6 said they occasionally go to the supermarket to buy it. This description is meaningless, like repeating my words. So, I suspect Number 6 is a ghost."
Number 6 anxiously said, "I'm not!"
