"Now, let's welcome the next presenter here, here to present the award for the best debut in the last year."
When the host said that, a veteran actress came through as the presenter and the list of the nominees was displayed on the big screen.
There was Ren's name on it too. He was nominated for his role in «Secret spy».
There was tension in the air as everyone was glancing at the nominees especially Ren.
The presenter started to speak out the winner.
"In my career, I have seen many debuts but this one was really special. It was pure acting when I saw the movie on the screen and I got chills watching it. As everyone has expected, it's Xin Ren for «Secret spy»."
Ren leaked out his breathe when he heard that. He was holding it for a long time.
'Clap!''Clap!'
Thunderous applause broke out everywhere.
Ren stood up and glanced at this surroundings. He saw everyone clapping for him.
Director Zhao was clapping while smiling at him, White bear was clapping the hardest.
He has a smile on his face but Ren could see that he was barely holding his tears.
He was just too happy!
Xiao Rin was also staring at him and was smiling gleefully but there was untold joy in her shining eyes.
Ren went on to stage and took his award from the veteran actress.
His hands were slightly shaking because it was the first award he had received in his career, in both of his lives.
"Now, Mr. Xin Ren, please tell us some of your thoughts about the award."
The host said and Ren took hold off the mic, to give him speech.
He looked at the people sitting and took a breath.
"First of all, I would like to thank you my parents and all of my friends who have supported me till now. It's really a great honour to be here and winning the award for the best debut."
After that, Ren went on to thank the cast members and the team of «Secret spy» and proceeded to finish the speech.
"In the end, I would personally liked to thank White bear, my manager, Brother Chu Min who supported me and my parents."
He finished the speech with that and headed off to stage.
But before he could sit down in his table, White bear has already hugged him tight.
Reporters who were there saw it and started to take photographs quickly. It was a great moment for them to capture it.
The people sitting there started to laugh when they saw it. Even Director Zhao was silently laughing.
'My photo will definitely be on the front page tomorrow!'
Ren thought as he tried to make it out of the suffocating hug.

'Ah, I should probably call my mother! She must be nervous thinking about the project.'
Ren thought as he entered the bathroom with staggering steps.
His steps were staggering, not because of alcohol but because of excitement.
The smile on his face was really appealing.
He was thinking about calling his mother and telling her about the award.
She was more nervous about the award than him. He wondered about her current state.
As he was about to call her, he suddenly heard someone calling him from the back.
"Congratulations on your award. I knew you will win it."
Ren turned back and saw a slightly chubby man standing there.
He knew him. He had seem him many times on articles, he was Director Lu.
He was also the director of «Vagabond», the movie CEO Xu has asked him to do.
"Thank you."
Ren said as he slightly bowed. He was just a new actor and Director Lu was a veteran director.
He has to show seniority to him.
"It's no big deal. No need to be so formal to me. We are anyway working on «Vagabond» together."
Ren was very confused when he heard that.
He didn't wanted to talk to Director Lu much but he stopped when he heard that.
"I don't think I have signed the movie till now."
"It's just a matter of time. You will probably sign it on the next meeting."
Director Lu said as he shrugged.
He was fully confident that Ren will not reject his movie. He was actually too confident in himself.
"OK...Director Lu, please if you will excuse me now, I think I should go."
Ren said as he tried to left the bathroom but Director Lu blocked him.
His expression was completely different than before.
He looked to be furious!
"Hey, don't you think you are being disrespectful to a senior director like me. I don't think this is a behaviour suited for a rookie."
"I think I didn't do anything disrespectful. Sorry if you feel like it."
Since the day Ren has joined the industry, he had kept his distance from conflicts and has avoided troubles.
He had even avoided celebrity parties or meeting because of it.
He didn't wanted trouble in the future either.
"No, you are really disrespecting me. Rookies these days are really blunt and don't know how to treat their seniors!!"
Director Lu strangely put the emphasis on the word 'Rookie'.
He was simply saying that Ren was still a rookie despite winning an award.
Ren didn't like that but he was in no mood to argue with him.
That's why he stayed silent.
But that silent made Director Lu more furious.
"Why are you not saying anything? Are you dumb? Or do you only know how to act like a crazy bastard? You are just a failure without your agency."
Sigh!
A sigh leaked out of his mouth when Ren heard that. Director Lu was shouting venom from his mouth.
Ren never knew that he has such a bad mouth.
'Ah…..you forced me.'
Ren thought as he lowered his head.
"What? Why are you lowering your head? Are you scared?..."
Director Lu stopped in the middle as he was saying that.
It was because Ren's expression was just like of Jay, from «Secret spy».
A crazy ruthless expression!
It was the same expression that has gave chills to many people when they had watched it on the screen.
But Director Lu was seeing it off screen, in reality. He was scared stiff by it.
Ren never thought he would be able to use this, like this but he quite liked it
"So, what were you saying, Director Lu? Were you looking for a fight?
Ren asked while smiling devilishly.
