[SME's new drama which will be released in February is already shrouded with lots of controversies.
The drama which is named as «The stars above» is a ton romantic comedy and and will star young actors like Chen Mei, Su Kai and many others.
But the main lead of the drama, Xin Ren is the one shrouded with controversies. Xin Ren who impressed all the people in his debut recently appeared on Whiz stars.
His appearance was praised by many but just after the show, it was revealed that he would be the main lead of the drama «The stars above».
Netizens were in a frenzy when they heard the news and many people were thinking like 'Isn't he being too hasty?'.
It was also not wrong to think like that as it was not common for a rookie actor to directly play the male lead and Xin Ren also hadn't proved himself enough yet.
Although his acting in his debut movie was great, there were many people criticising him of that and saying that his company had helped him get the role.
As many people are criticising him, many are also coming in support of him because of his acting in «Secret spy».
Everyone approves that his acting in it was great but according to the sources, Xin Ren is going to play a complete different role this time and «The stars above» is a romantic comedy unlike Ren's last venture which was a thriller.

It's already been a week since the announcement of the cast of «The stars above» but the controversy regarding him hadn't died down.
Although his name was now removed from the real-time search rankings, there were still many people talking about him as the controversy had gotten much bigger than they had thought.
Over the week, Arc production CEO and even Director Zhao had given interviews about Ren's audition.
The PR Team have been sending press releases one after another this week but many rumours had come forth making the controversy last much longer.
'Even my mother is worried because of it.'
Ren again sighed as he thought about the worried face of his mother.
Because of the controversy, she had been worried for Ren these last few days. Even his father had asked him if he was okay.
It was because Ren was young and controversy can easily put pressure on a young celebrity mind.
At least that was what the other people think of him as they don't know that Ren was a middle aged man.
The truth of this matter was that Ren was not bothered by this controversy as he was only thinking about the drama.
He even thought that it was a good thing that «The stars above» would get a push because of it.

"Brother Ren, do you want some chips?"

He turned towards his side and saw Xiao Rin holding a packet of chips in her hands.

Ren said as he politely refused her.

Ren didn't knew if it was out of gratitude or something else but she has been really worried for him in the past week.
Even in their practice sessions together, she will ask Ren if he was fine continuously.
She tried to hide it but Ren was able to see her worried expression.
"You should eat it now. Script reading sessions are generally long."
A voice came from the front of the van. It was not the voice of White bear who was driving the van but it was the voice of the person besides him.
"I am really fine, Chief Han."
The person besides White bear was called Chief Han, a senior manager in the company and Xiao Rin's new manager.
Generally, it would be impossible for a senior like Chief Han to be appointed as the manager of a rookie actress who hadn't even have her debut yet.
But it seems like Chief Han had pushed for it. It may look fishy but he was a reputable manager in the company and he had worked with many girl groups.
And the reason he gave for his transferring was that he was tired of being a girl group manager.
It was not believable at first but Chief Han personality was like that. He was a person who only listens to his heart.
"Ren, I think you should eat something as the script reading session is generally long."
White bear said from the driver's seat as he agreed with Chief Han.
It seems like he already knew him as they had met in a drinking party.
"Yeah, although I am a idol group manager before, I had attended a script reading session before when one of the idol in the group requested to become an actress."
He stopped for a second as he scratched his chin and continued.
"It was a really ironic experience as the idol group member was not that great in acting and I was getting daggers from the other celebrities and their managers."
"It would be hard for you then."
"Yeah, I thought they will come to argue with me or something but nobody came towards me. I found it weird and when I asked a staff member later, he said that all the managers were afraid of me because of my face. That was the first time I realised that having a scary face can slap work in this industry."
Chief Han said as he laughed and White bear also chuckled but he kept his eyes on the road.
Even Xiao Rin who normally stay calm was chuckling besides Ren.
Chief Han was like this. He had a scary face and people often felt that he was not a good person but he had a joyous and amiable personality.
He often liked to joke with other people and because of his personality, he was able to quickly connect with Ren and the others.
"Anyway, script reading sessions can differ according to the personalitits and behaviours of the actors and the staffs."
"Yeah, it's good that all the actors working in this drama are not troublemakers."
Ren said as he thought about the complete cast of the drama.
"Yeah, but we have to watch out for their attitudes towards you as you are still young and had been cast as the male lead. There would surely be people who would be dissapointed."
"Yeah, there are always people like them."
"Well, but you have only one way to convince them completely."
Chief Han said and Ren asked curiously.
"What is it?"
"It's acting of course."
