"I am really sorry for my behaviour earlier in the studio."
Lin Ru said as she bowed her head as if she had committed a crime.
"No, it's okay. It was not something you need to apologise about."
"But I suddenly hugged you in my excitement. I am really sorry."
The reason Lin Ru was bowing his head was because of the earlier incident of her suddenly hugging Ren.
After her excitement had died down, Lin Ru had realisesd what she had done and after that, she was furiously apologising to Ren with a slight red face.
Ren had also said that he didn't mind that as honestly, he was just surprised by the hug. There was nothing more to it.
But because of Lin Ru's reserved personality, she was still apologising to him.
"Ms. Lin, it really is okay. By the way, your song was really good."
Ren said as he tried to change the topic. He didn't want to see Lin Ru bowing get head anymore.
"Really! But I should thank you for rearranging the song. It became really good after that."
"But I think it was good even before it. You have personally wrote it, right."
"Yeah, I was the one who wrote that song."
Lin Ru said as she nodded her head meekly. She was slightly embarrassed when she said that.
"I think that it's a really great song. Even Senior Wu liked the song. Producer Ma was also happy with the heated response from the listeners, I think they will call you again."
Ren said as he thought about the atmosphere of studio five after their performance.
Producer Ma and Writer Hu were both complimenting Ren and Lin Ru and Wu Wei even gave Ren and Lin Ru his number and told the both of them to call him if they needed something.
"It would really be great if they really called me again."
Lin Ru said as she smiled but before Ren could reply, his phone vibrated.
There was a message from White bear.
[I am in the parking lot right now. By the way, I listened to the radio just now, when did you learned to play a guitar?]
Ren could feel White bear's confusion through the message. He must be curious about Ren playing the guitar and the reason he was in the live music segment of the show.
"What happened?"
Lin Ru asked curiously as she tilted her head.
"It was my manager. He's in the parking lot, I have to go."
Lin Ru suddenly became sad when she heard that. She wanted to talk more with Ren.
'What do I do, now?'
Ren thought in confusion. He could clearly see that Lin Ru wanted to talk more with him and he also didn't wanted to miss an opportunity to talk to a future star.
"Ms. Lin, do you have any other schedule today?"
"Ah, no, I will just go to my agency after that."
"Then, if you don't mind, I can drop you to your agency."
"Really? But that would trouble you."
"It will not be a trouble at all."
Ren said with a assurance in his voice and Lin Ru nodded meekly but she was obviously feeling happy inwardly.
They both made their ways to the parking lot where they saw White bear sitting in the van.
"Hey, Ren, who is the girl behind you?"
White bear asked as he saw Ren returning with a girl besides him. He titled his head in confusion as he asked that.
"She is Lin Ru. She was on the live music segment with me. She was going to take a taxi to her agency, so I told her that I will give her a lift. Are you okay with that?"
"Ohh, she was the girl who sang the song. Of course, it's okay."
White bear said that with his usual cheerful smile and Ren and Lin Ru entered the van.
As soon as White bear started the van, he asked a question Ren had no answer for.
"Ren, I didn't knew you were able to play a guitar. I never thought that you were in music."
"Ah, I just...learned it for sometime."
Ren quickly made a lie as he was not able to tell White bear the truth.
"Really? But you were really good at it. Why didn't you mention it to me then?"
When White bear said that, even Lin Ru leaned her head in interest as she listened to their conversation with interested eyes.
"I did told you but you were drunk that time. So, you must have forgotten it."
Ren again made a lie quickly as he tried to change the topic.
"Really? Then, it's okay. I do not remember much things after being drunk."
White bear said as he smiled and focused on driving the car.
Ren heaved a small sigh when White bear didn't tried to linger on the topic for any longer.
Instead, he glanced at Lin Ru who was quietly sitting as he asked.
"Ms. Lin, are you a new singer?"
"Yeah, I, I just debuted recently."
Lin Ru was surprised when White bear suddenly asked her a question but she still replied quickly.
"Really! Then, I think you will be able to rise quickly. I heard your song through the radio and it was really good. Have you written the song yourself?"
"Yes, but it was only because of him that I was able to sing it well."
"It was just because of your singing that the people liked it."
Ren said as he glanced at Lin Ru. He had already told her not to disclose the fact that he had rearranged the song.
It would be a problem if people thought that he can rearrange songs and make remixes. He would be in a big problem if that ever got disclosed.
Although he thought like that, Ren also agreed with the fact that Lin Ru can become a rising star after this song.
As he has sung the rearranged version with her, the impact it provided the people was the same. It was also bound to get famous.
Because of that, he was also sure that Lin Ru will gain popularity quickly unlike his previous life.
Although he knew that, he was not worried because of it as Ren had already accepted the fact that the future will be quite different than what he knew of.
As he had already experienced it, he was not very much surprised by it.
He just don't know about how much the impact of the song will be this time. It can gain more popularity than before or it can gain lower popularity.
Ren was eager to know the result of Lin Ru's song releasing way ahead of its release.
