As Cai Wei continued to walk, she smiled, but there was not a trace of warmth in her eyes. The chilling, arrow-like glimmer in her pupils aimed directly at Tianjizi.
Seeing this, Tianjizi realized that she would never be intimidated and quickly let out a long howl.
Nangong Yi listened and chuckled, "Is the National Teacher signaling his subordinates? It’s a pity, they can’t come, can they?"
Tianjizi looked shocked, "Why not?"
"Because they have all gone mad!" Nangong Yi responded truthfully.
When he earlier arrived on the mountain in a panic, the first thing he saw was a bizarre and twisted scene.
A group of oddly dressed people were behaving as if they had gone insane. Some were laughing hysterically, unable to get up from the ground, others were scratching incessantly, digging into their skins till they bled, yet continuing to do so. Some others were dancing joyfully in their birthday suits...
Dozens of people were shouting and yelling on the mountain, looking like they had completely lost their minds. Various magical weapons and items used for casting Gu spells lay scattered around, ignored by everyone.
A white-furred Giant Tiger and a white-furred monkey with long eyebrows stood still, watching quietly from aside.
Nangong Yi, worried about Cai Wei, didn’t pay much attention to everything else. He followed the sounds of their fight and luckily found Cai Wei in time and saved her before the spiritual energy of the space was depleted.
Upon hearing this, Tianjizi laughed bitterly on the ground. His laughter was dark and bone-chilling, horrifying beyond words.
After having his fill of laughter, he sighed, "It is over, I will never get Fu You Island. It’s better to go down fighting."
After saying this, he started chanting. Everyone was taken aback when suddenly, Tianjizi’s head detached from his body, spewing a blood mist into the air.
Cai Wei took a deep breath. The eerie scene like something from a horror film was unfolding right beside her.
The head, surrounded by a foul-smelling black blood mist, flew directly towards Cai Wei.
"Watch out, it’s the Head Descending!"
Manager Li shouted, throwing the iron ruler in his hand at Tianjizi’s head, making it change its course. Then he ran towards Nangong Yi without bothering about anything else, and shouted, "Master, run!"
Cai Wei did not understand what ’Head Descending’ meant, but after seeing the strange sight and observing Manager Li’s nervous reaction, she began to take the flying head seriously.

Manager Li replied, "Tianjizi used an ancient Gu technique known as ’Head Descending’, one of the most mysterious ones from Miaojiang."

Cai Wei heard this, then turned to look at the headless corpse on the ground, and suddenly began to laugh.
