With that, he slammed the table and stood up, bellowing forcefully, "Bring me some people! We’re heading to Bishui Villa to drive away that family of troublemakers!"
The housekeeper stalled, his expression somewhat tense.

He had thought that, given his status as the Second Old Master, driving away a few outsiders from his nephew’s house should have been a mere handwave. The gate-keeping servant sternly stated, "Second Old Master, the Young Master once said that without his permission, no one is allowed into Bishui Villa. Please don’t make things difficult for me!"
Huo Qi was livid, pointing at the servant, "Outrageous! You insolent servant, you’ve turned your back on everything. I must go in today, no matter what..."
Seeing his attempt to break in, the gatekeeper waved his hand and immediately, a dozen robust servants emerged from within, carrying cudgels and bearing grim expressions as they looked at Huo Qi. Clearly, they had no respect for the Second Old Master’s authority.
Even though Huo Qi was frustrated and infuriated, he didn’t dare to force his way in. The crowd he faced was intimidating, and the houseboys were sure to beat him if he tried. He couldn’t afford a personal loss; but if he simply turned back and left, especially after publicly declaring in front of the entire Huo Family that he came to evict people, it would not only undermine his authority in front of the family, but also his own dignity!
Just as he was stuck in this dilemma, he saw a horse carriage bearing the Huo Family’s insignia coming their way. The servants all bowed their heads respectfully at the sight of the carriage.
As the carriage stopped before the crowd of servants, a clear feminine voice rang out, "What’s going on here? Who’s causing a ruckus?"
The gatekeeper nervously answered, "Miss Mu, this... "

Huo Qi, irked by Cai Wei’s defiant attitude, pointed at the carriage and retorted defiantly, "I will figure out how to save my nephew for sure. But you lot, you put my nephew behind bars, do you even have the face to stay here?"
Cai Wei responded calmly: "Whether Big Brother Huo was harmed by us is known in his heart; and whether you are genuinely trying to save Big Brother Huo is something you know in your heart. However, Second Old Master, allow me to remind you that, since you wish to take Big Brother Huo’s place and be the head of the Huo Family, what you should do right now is to try to rescue Big Brother Huo. Even putting up a facade in front of the clan won’t hurt - it’s much better than the strong-arm tactics you’ve used here in an attempt to assert your authority.
