The next afternoon, in the Ji Family’s President’s office, President Ji’s large desk was covered with open documents.
Sitting at the desk, left and right, were two men. One was naturally the owner of this office, Ji Rui, and the other was his special assistant, Yang Sheng.

"Fine, go pick one from the HR department." Ji Rui didn’t look at him, feeling strange; what was up with Yang Sheng? Why report such a small matter to him? Couldn’t he just go directly to HR?
Yang Sheng raised his head, looking at Ji Rui’s expressionless profile, "I can pick one and take them?"
Ji Rui finally raised his head and glanced at Yang Sheng as if he were a monster, "Yang Sheng, did you take the wrong medicine?"
Yang Sheng smiled, "No, I didn’t take medicine at all! Where did I make the esteemed president angry? Tell me, I’ll change."
Seeing his usual cheeky smile, Ji Rui thought it was just his misconception, "You’ve always gone to HR yourself for staff. Why ask me today?"
Yang Sheng chuckled twice, "Haven’t I been away for over six months? Just didn’t want the president to think I’m careless, so thought I’d ask first."
Ji Rui and Yang Sheng had known and worked together for many years, accustomed to his frivolous manner, so he didn’t bother bickering and continued to study the documents.
The next day, Ji Rui personally went to the airport in the morning to pick up an important client and returned to the company late after accommodating the client.
Coming out of the elevator, from afar, he saw someone standing up at the secretary’s desk, "President, have you eaten?"

Yang Sheng nodded innocently, "Yeah! Didn’t you say I could pick anyone and take them?"
Ji Rui slightly frowned, "Anyone but her, you can choose freely. How about taking Lin Ling?"
Yang Sheng straightened up, sitting on the desk, looking directly at Ji Rui.
Ji Rui leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, also staring directly at Yang Sheng.
Perplexed, Yang Sheng’s face rarely showed confusion, "Rui, I really don’t get you! You yourself said Le Tong’s abilities weren’t as great as I believed. You also said her abilities were just okay. As far as I understand you, ’just okay’ means you’re not too satisfied. The Ji Family has plenty of money, so if you can afford it, what kind of capable secretary can’t you find?
