“Fetch your manager,” Fang Yuan’s voice remained cold and commanding.
Startled by Fang Yuan’s demeanor, the young chef quickly responded, “Our manager is usually not on-site…”
“Then summon him immediately,” Fang Yuan added icily, “Right away.”
“Of course…” The young chef had never encountered such a situation before and promptly dialed the manager’s number.
A few minutes later, Zhao Quan, the manager, appeared before Fang Yuan.

Zhao Quan sneered and glared at Fang Yuan.
“From a legal standpoint, the company bears the responsibility of supervising the outsourced cafeteria,” Fang Yuan retorted calmly. “President Zhao, perhaps you’re not well-versed in legal matters due to your age. But that’s perfectly alright.”
Fang Yuan lifted her gaze, casually studying the man in front of her. She smirked, “I’ve heard that the individual in charge of the cafeteria is related to President Zhao?”
Zhao Quan was taken aback and sneered, “Is it that, President Fang, you’re dissatisfied with me, so you’re targeting my relative who has the cafeteria contract?”
Fang Yuan sneered as well, glancing nonchalantly at the camera in the corner. It was indeed turned off.
“Turn the camera on,” Fang Yuan turned and instructed Wang Ning without any hesitation.
“President Fang, what is the purpose of this?” Zhao Quan expressed his discontent. “Even if you wish to activate the cameras here, it is not within our company’s purview.”
“President Fang, it’s activated now,” Wang Ning respectfully reported after resolving the matter.
At that moment, the restaurant manager hurried over, perspiration beading on his forehead. When he noticed the young lady standing alongside Zhao Quan, he couldn’t help but inquire, “President Zhao, who is this?”
“Haven’t you heard the news? Our new President has a penchant for asserting her authority. She’s here with you now,” Zhao Quan replied dismissively, not taking Fang Yuan seriously.
The restaurant manager understood Zhao Quan’s implication but maintained a respectful smile as he asked, “President Fang, how may 1 assist you?”
“There are a few dumplings left from lunch, and I just happened to notice them. There are other dishes as well. Wang Ning, please serve some to Mr. Li and President Zhao.”
“Of course!” Wang Ning promptly went to retrieve the dishes.
Zhao Quan and Li Guang were perplexed, unsure of Fang Yuan’s intentions, and exchanged glances.
“President Fang, if you wish for us to taste the food and provide feedback…”
Before Li Guang could finish his sentence, Fang Yuan calmly interjected, “Please.”
The freshly prepared food was right in front of them, and Li Guang accepted the offer without hesitation. He picked up a dumpling and sampled it. “Mmm, it’s quite delicious.”
Zhao Quan refrained from eating and impatiently scrutinized the young woman before him. “President Fang, there’s no need to treat us to lunch. I’ve already eaten.”
“President Zhao, are you genuinely full, or are you just afraid to eat?” Fang Yuan’s words were akin to a sharp needle that pricked at everyone’s conscience. Even the onlookers among the employees felt a tinge of apprehension.

What is the filling for the dumplings made of?”
“The filling?” Li Guang was initially taken aback, but he then chuckled and remarked, “Haha, President Fang, you must be jesting. Naturally, the filling is crafted from fresh pork that our chefs purchased at the market early this morning. They meticulously minced it and seasoned it to perfection.”
“Minced it alongside soybean protein, incorporating cassava starch, and a range of food additives, perhaps? Pius a dash of pork essential oil, all skillfully mixed together. Is that the ‘fresh pork mince’ you mentioned? And the delightful onion fragrance is actually replaced with fragrant oil, am 1 correct?”
The individuals present were astounded by this revelation. There was essentially no meat in the meat dumplings they had consumed for lunch. They were composed entirely of food additives? The revelation was nauseating!
“President Fang, please refrain from making unfounded claims just because of your youth. Do you possess any evidence to substantiate your allegations? Otherwise, you’re engaging in slander…” Although Li Guang made this statement, his eyes betrayed a sense of guilt. Even Zhao Quan couldn’t conceal his discomfort.
