Seeing Eleanor Sterling’s increasingly flushed face, Alaric Faulkner realized something and his smile deepened.
His deep, charming voice slowly echoed, deliberately asking, "Can you guess what follows ’After drinking...’?"
Eleanor instinctively tensed up, shook her head, and said, "W-what is it?"

The two began eating, and Eleanor was all sorts of distracted during the meal.
Afraid that Alaric would say something shocking again, but fortunately, he was just quietly eating.
Later, Eleanor gradually relaxed.
During the meal, Eleanor drank quite a bit and by the time she was full, she was slightly tipsy, her face flushed red.
Alaric held up his wine glass, watching Eleanor with dark eyes, "Are you full? Can we talk about serious matters now?"
"Serious matters?" Eleanor was half-drunk, her brain a bit slow to react, after a while, she said, "Oh! Go ahead, I’m listening."
Alaric was silent for a moment, recalling Estelle Sterling’s advice to present himself pitifully to gain Eleanor’s sympathy.
