"Don't keep staring at it."
The three astronauts quickly diverted their gaze, their hearts pounding, and when they looked at their bodies, they were frightened by the sight. The veins on their skin bulged like gnarled tree roots, making them suspect that if they had looked any longer, their blood vessels would have burst open.
"Captain, is this the secret experiment you spoke of? What exactly is this blood?"
"Yes. Just now, the blood in my body was flowing in reverse."
"Such a terrifying thing. Why did just looking at it almost kill us?"
The three astronauts looked at each other in astonishment. They knew that Captain Mu Yanken was assigned a secret experiment, personally ordered by Commander Su, but they didn't expect it to be this terrifying right from the start.
"Don't ask about things you shouldn't know. Just follow my lead and proceed with the experiment; you must be extremely cautious, as the danger this blood poses is beyond imagination,"
Mu Yanken solemnly warned, then after taking safety measures, he transferred the blood to an experimental apparatus to start the experiment.
As the bottle was opened, a faint glow emerged on its surface as if some seal had been broken, and the blood flowed out silently.
Once out of the bottle, the drop of blood dramatically expanded to the size of a basketball, exuding a sinister aura that had the men swallowing nervously, a feeling of unease sprouting within them.

Suddenly, the blood burst apart, splitting into four streams, shooting straight towards them, aiming for their eye sockets.

The Bone Armor, capable of defending against a 20mm machine gun, however, could not stop the blood for even a second; it was penetrated in the blink of an eye.
Although it was unclear what would happen if the blood entered the body, it certainly did not look promising.
At the critical moment, Mu Yanken shook a bell he had been holding in his left hand, which had been personally handed to him by Su Jie just before going into space.
Following the bell's clear sound, the blood immediately started swaying back and forth like a drunk, eventually miraculously settling down.
Whew! The four sighed in relief, not realizing until then that they were drenched in sweat.
