Unexpected Marriage: She is the Sugar Mommy! Chapter 261

She was really pregnant. Read complete version only at novel★fire.net

Two months after breaking up with Desmond Fairchild, she was pregnant?

Seraphina Sinclair returned home in a daze, and Jude Sinclair hurried over: "Mommy, what did the doctor say? Did you eat something bad?"

But Seraphina Sinclair was in no mood to pay attention to Jude; she was like a walking corpse, devoid of soul.

She bypassed Jude and walked upstairs, her heavy footsteps felt like they weighed a thousand pounds.

Jude frowned and looked at Aunt Winters: "Grandma Winters, what’s wrong with Mommy? Did the doctor say the situation isn’t good?"

"Jude, Grandma has some news to tell you." Aunt Winters took Jude’s hand and spoke earnestly, "Do you wish to have a younger brother or sister?"

Jude was very smart, and with Aunt Winters saying this, he understood right away: "Grandma Winters means that Mommy is going to have a baby sister for me?"

Compared to a brother, he preferred a sister, so he instinctively ignored the option of a brother.

"Yes, Mommy is going to have a baby sister for you." Aunt Winters patted Jude’s head, "Recently, be good and don’t make Mommy angry, okay?"

Jude knew this without being told.

Aunt Winters was now worried that Seraphina Sinclair might decide to terminate the pregnancy.

In fact, Seraphina Sinclair was indeed considering it.

Having already ended things with Desmond, now pregnant with his child, if this child is born, it would mean they would be entangled for life.

Lying in bed, Seraphina Sinclair’s eyes were dim.

Her cold fingers caressed her flat stomach, inside which a tiny life was growing.

Thinking of this, tears glistened in her eyes. Knowing full well the child had come at the wrong time, she couldn’t bear to be a murderer.

Even though it’s Desmond’s child, and even though it shouldn’t have been brought into this world, she was truly reluctant to let go.

It was the first time Seraphina Sinclair didn’t know what to do.

Aunt Winters and Jude stood outside the door, listening to the faint sobbing from inside the room, both feeling full of melancholy.

At such a time, they didn’t know how to console Seraphina Sinclair. If she and Desmond hadn’t broken up, the child’s arrival would mean their wedding date was near.

Yet now, things were completely different.

This matter, it took Seraphina Sinclair a whole week to digest.

However, she still couldn’t decide the fate of the child.

"Miss, although the first three months have passed, I still suggest you rest at home and stop going to work." Aunt Winters saw Seraphina Sinclair in office wear and knew she was definitely going to work, so she couldn’t help but step forward to stop her.

Seraphina Sinclair’s health had been poor recently, and even the doctor said the fetus was not very stable and was somewhat malnourished. How could she feel at ease letting Seraphina Sinclair go to work alone?

"Aunt Winters, it’s alright, I’ll be more careful." Seraphina Sinclair wanted to smile at Aunt Winters, but found her lips wouldn’t lift.

Jude stood up, walked to Seraphina Sinclair’s side in two steps, took her hand, and said firmly, "Mommy, I’ll go to work with you."

"Okay." Looking at the thoughtful little sweetheart, Seraphina Sinclair didn’t refuse.

With Jude the clever kid tagging along, Aunt Winters, although unwilling, eventually compromised.

Seraphina Sinclair held back her nausea and went to the company.

The doctor had said that everyone’s pregnancy reactions were different; some people had little reaction in the first three months and only vomited terribly in the fourth and fifth months. Seraphina Sinclair belonged to this category.

Jude sat on the sofa, watching Seraphina Sinclair handle her work, often unable to resist covering his mouth, wanting to vomit.

He advised, "Mommy, how about we go home?"

"This project is about to be completed soon, at the very least I need to oversee things at the company these few days to guard against some people playing tricks." Seraphina Sinclair was different from other moms, she would basically say whatever she thought to Jude.

Other people’s sons might not understand, but Jude would definitely understand.

Despite this, Jude was worried about Seraphina Sinclair’s health; however, she was so headstrong that as her son, he couldn’t change his mother’s decision.

Thinking it over, he could only seek help from others.

"What? Godmother is pregnant?" Upon hearing the news of Seraphina Sinclair’s pregnancy, Camille White immediately put down her wine glass and booked a ticket back to Diamond Island overnight.

The next morning, as Seraphina Sinclair was about to leave, Camille White blocked her at the door.

She sighed lightly, looking helplessly at Jude behind Camille White: "You little rascal, didn’t I tell you not to tell your third brother? Now you don’t even listen to Mommy?"

"Don’t scold Jude, I think he did the right thing." Whether Camille White was too angry or something else, she even used honorifics when speaking to Seraphina Sinclair.

"I just didn’t want you all to worry." Camille White was a terrifying sight when angry, so Seraphina Sinclair couldn’t help but speak up in her own defense.

Camille White said nothing further, directly pulled Seraphina Sinclair into the room, and pointed at the big bed: "Sit down, I’ll do a check-up."

Though Camille White had the gentlest temper among the three siblings, when his attitude hardened, no one matched his resolve.

Seraphina Sinclair knew that if she didn’t obediently cooperate, this guy might block the door and never let her step a foot outside.

Utterly helpless, she could only let Camille White have his way.

After a thorough examination, Camille White felt quite relieved: "The fetus is developing well, although not very stable, with some medication, it should be fine. Your recent lifestyle is irregular, and your diet is unbalanced, leading to insufficient nutrition for the fetus. I’ll make a meal plan for Aunt Winters to cook for you."

"Miss has been vomiting anything she eats recently, I’m afraid that no matter what she eats, it’s useless." Aunt Winters looked heartbroken.

"After vomiting, eat more, and if it’s still vomited out, keep eating until you can’t vomit anymore." Camille White’s expression was stern.

Though it wasn’t a huge issue, he was extremely annoyed that Seraphina Sinclair kept this matter from him.

Listening to Camille White’s words, Seraphina Sinclair knew he was truly angry, and could only follow his instructions.

Yet Camille White wasn’t deliberately torturing Seraphina Sinclair. During pregnancy, a certain intake of nutrients is necessary. Given Seraphina Sinclair’s not-so-great health, the heartbreak during pregnancy greatly impacts the fetus.

If the nutrition fails to catch up, even if she manages to give birth to the child, it’s likely to be frail and sickly.

"These are stabilizing pills, all herbal ingredients, one in the morning and one at night, one pill each time." Camille White took out two boxes of stabilizing pills from his small medicine chest and placed them on Seraphina Sinclair’s bedside table.

Seraphina Sinclair parted her lips, wanting to say something, but seeing Camille White’s dedication to her treatment, she found herself unable to speak.

Camille White glanced at her, his voice cooling a couple of degrees: "If you’re thinking about getting rid of the baby, I advise you to reconsider. Your health has been unstable since you fainted last time, and with everything that’s happened lately, you’ve been neglectful..."

Pushing the conversation to this point, Camille White wasn’t afraid of salting Seraphina Sinclair’s wounds: "If you don’t want to die, take care of yourself."
