Li Feng looked up and saw Zheng Shan running out of the Mountain Villa in a sorry state, his already-dark face smeared even darker with soot, and his body still carrying some flames.

Yamada Sakura looked at Li Feng in surprise, then back at the retreating Zheng Shan. Indeed, Zheng Shan was as good as dead. To kill Li Feng, he was willing to entrap Miyamoto and burn both jade and stone. If Zheng Shan had executed the plan flawlessly, leaving no loose ends, the incident might have passed unnoticed.
After all, without evidence, Zheng Shan could say whatever he pleased, and in the face of vast mutual interests, no one would pursue the deaths of Miyamoto and his party.
