“By the way, I don’t know your name yet.” After putting on her high heels, Wang Yudie gently brushed her hair over her shoulder and looked back at Jiang Che.
“My name is Jiang Che. Jiang as in the river, Che as in clear.”
“Jiang Che… what a nice name.” Wang Yudie murmured to herself and then continued, “My name is Wang Yudie. I should be older than you, so you can call me Sister Yudie.”
Although she didn’t know Jiang Che’s exact age, he was clearly much younger than her, so she felt entitled to be called sister.
“Sister Yudie.” Jiang Che responded without hesitation.
“Aww, such an obedient little brother.” Wang Yudie laughed heartily, clearly pleased with Jiang Che’s attitude.
“How old are you, little brother? Do you have a girlfriend?” Wang Yudie asked curiously, although she didn’t have high hopes.
After all, Jiang Che was handsome and drove a Lamborghini. It was hard to believe he didn’t have a girlfriend. She found him so perfect that she had a little thought in mind.

In the original storyline, Wang Yudie was portrayed as gentle, considerate, and elegant—a perfect housewife.

She wanted to take this opportunity to introduce Jiang Che to her daughter.
“I have time. Tell me your address, and I’ll take you home now.”
“Alright.” Jiang Che nodded, started the car, and drove towards Jiaxin Garden.
Soft music played in the car as they drove in silence, enjoying the rare peaceful moment.
After about half an hour, the Lamborghini arrived at Jiaxin Garden and stopped in front of Building 7.
Jiang Che turned to the dozing Wang Yudie and said softly, “Sister Yudie, we’re here.”
Wang Yudie slowly opened her eyes, looking a bit lazy. She opened the passenger door and got out of the car.
“Would you like to come up for a drink?” She turned back and smiled at Jiang Che, still sitting in the driver’s seat.
She had her own little plan, intending to let Jiang Che and her daughter meet. Obviously, she didn’t plan to let Jiang Che go so easily.
Jiang Che instinctively wanted to refuse, but then he thought better of it and agreed, feeling a bit mischievous. He hadn’t seen Lin Muxia since their last meeting at the Linjiang International Hotel.
He wondered what she would think seeing him with Wang Yudie. With that thought, Jiang Che felt a surge of anticipation.
He got out of the Lamborghini and followed Wang Yudie upstairs. They took the elevator to the sixth floor and stopped in front of an apartment.
Wang Yudie rang the doorbell, and a woman’s clear voice soon responded.
“Coming…” Lin Muxia stood up from the sofa, still wearing a facial mask, and hurried towards the door.
She knew it was her mother, as they had already made contact. Ever since arriving in Linjiang City, she had faced many difficulties, with no one to confide in. Now that her mother was here, she could finally vent her frustrations.
