“Be careful, are you hurt?” Wang Yudie asked with concern, walking up and examining Lin Muxia, her hand moving over her arm.

“I’m fine…” Lin Muxia shook her head, feeling uncomfortable with Wang Yudie’s touch.
“Mom, don’t worry about us. You should hurry and cook, I’m hungry.” Lin Muxia urged, finally managing to send her mother away.
“So, do you still dare to act up?” After Wang Yudie left, Jiang Che sat back on the sofa, looking at Lin Muxia playfully.

Jiang Che: “Do you miss me?”

She added a wistful emoji at the end.
Jiang Che: “If you miss me, come to Linjiang City to see me. I’m always here.”
Zhou Lingxi: “I’m planning to come. I’ll go after I finish my current tasks. Can’t talk now, a patient just arrived. Bye.”
After ending the chat with Zhou Lingxi, Jiang Che looked up to see Wang Yudie carrying plates of stir-fried dishes out of the kitchen. The dishes looked colorful and fragrant, making them very appetizing.
“Where’s Muxia?” Wang Yudie placed the dishes on the dining table, looking around and not seeing Lin Muxia, she asked Jiang Che curiously.
“She went to her bedroom.”
“That girl is so ill-mannered! Not only did she not stay with the guest, but she also went back to her room.” Wang Yudie said disappointedly, hands on her hips as she walked towards Lin Muxia’s bedroom.
She pushed open the door and saw Lin Muxia lying on the bed playing with her phone.
“How can you leave the guest alone in the living room and come here to play with your phone?” Wang Yudie said angrily, reaching out to pinch Lin Muxia’s fair thigh hard.
“Ah…” Lin Muxia screamed, looking at Wang Yudie with a resentful expression.
“Mom, why did you use so much force? Don’t you know I’m afraid of pain!”
“If you’re afraid of pain, why didn’t you stay in the living room, but ran back to your bedroom?” Wang Yudie sneered, dissatisfied with Lin Muxia’s behavior.
