"Hmm, I’m ready." Bella nodded.
Sharon smiled, saying nothing more to avoid making her even more nervous.
Hera is the half-sister of the protagonist Luna. However, her birth mother had died in childbirth, so she was raised under the name of Luna’s mother.
Because of Hera’s innocent and cheerful personality, and her ability to make people happy, she was greatly loved by Luna’s mother.
This time, she and Luna were entering the palace together, so naturally, they both listened to their mother’s advice. But she was playful and only appeared after Luna had been talking with the mother for a while.
Vivian, playing the protagonist Luna, displayed the elegance and reserve of a true lady, with every move and smile full of charm.
Opposite her was Elaine, playing the mother, naturally noble and gracious. Holding Viv’s hand gently, she advised her softly, her expression full of reluctance and concern for her beloved daughter’s future.
"Luna, the palace isn’t like home. Be extra cautious in all things. There’s a saying, keeping close to the emperor is like staying close to a tiger, you must be mindful of your actions," said Elaine’s character, her eyes already red.
Vivian’s portrayal of Luna also showed reddened eyes, but she sensibly comforted her back, "Mother, don’t worry, Luna knows."
"Cut!" Director Ford behind the monitor raised his arm with an OK sign, "This scene is done, next scene, Hera is up."
The crew immediately became busy, resetting the lights, while the makeup artists hurried forward to touch up Vivian and Elaine.
Sharon patted Bella’s arm, reassuringly saying, "Relax, don’t be nervous."
Bella nodded, taking a deep breath. Claiming not to be nervous on the first filming would be a lie.
Director Ford picked up the electronic megaphone and said, "Hera, get ready, it’s your turn."
Bella lifted her dress and approached, standing at the marked spot set by the crew. She took another deep breath to adjust her emotions.
Director Ford looked at her through the monitor and then said, "Three, two, one, action!"
Bella’s face instantly blossomed with a sweet smile, holding up her dress slightly with both hands, she ran into the room, shouting, "Mother, Sister, I’m late!"
"Cut!" Director Ford frowned slightly, stood up from his chair, and said, "Hera’s expression and motion should be even more cheerful, your smile can be bigger."
"Okay." Bella listened carefully, returning to her initial position.
Director Ford sat back down, "Crew ready, first scene, second take, action!"
"Mother, Sister, I’m late!" Bella’s portrayal of Hera ran joyfully into the room with a big radiant smile, and like a swan returned home, she pounced over to Elaine, who played the mother.
"Silly girl, about to enter the palace and still don’t know how to behave." Though Elaine’s portrayal of the mother seemed to chastise Hera with words, her face was full of a doting smile. She reached out to tidy the strands of hair by Hera’s temples, while wiping the sweat from her forehead with a handkerchief, continuing to say, "Look at all this sweat, what mischief have you been up to?"
Vivian’s portrayal of Luna also looked lovingly at Hera.
Hera adorably stuck out her little tongue, winked at Luna, and said, "I saw a particularly beautiful bird in the garden just now, initially wanted to catch it for mother and sister to see, but I chased it for a long time and still didn’t catch it."
"Birds have wings and can fly, of course, you can’t catch it. Silly girl." The mother tapped Hera’s forehead, and the three of them laughed together.
Director Ford behind the monitor watched, nodding in satisfaction.
Bella’s acting was more lively than he had expected.
