109 I Believe Him
Luo Ying didn’t struggle. She remained still.
She knew that Lu Zhao would definitely come and save her.
The voices outside covered the sounds in the room. Lin Su was slightly trembling behind her.
“You’re holding me hostage, but why are you so scared?” Luo Ying smiled and said, “Are you afraid of Lu Zhao? ”
Lin Su snorted. “Why would I be afraid of Lu Zhao? He’s an unscrupulous thug. Why should I be afraid of him?”
Luo Ying found it funny. During her time with Lu Zhao, she had never noticed him partaking in anything illegal. On the contrary, Lin Su who had let her see his true colors again and again.

Lin Su had never felt this powerless in his life.
Luo Ying had a sharpened her tongue and had fallen to Lu Zhao’s side, criticizing him. She had once devoted her entire life to him, but she was now gone.
After about half an hour, the noise outside stopped, and the door was violently opened. Lu Zhao appeared in the room with his men.
“Lu Zhao, you’re here.” Lin Su looked at Lu Zhao. His eyes were full of hatred.
“If you want Luo Ying to live, you’d better let the Lin Family go.”
Lu Zhao laughed coldly. “What right do you have to ask that of me? Based on your capabilities, or based on the love that you think Luo Ying still has for you?”
Lu Zhao looked at Lin Su. His eyes lit up with sarcasm.

Luo Ying thought that Lin Su was really stupid. Lin Su certainly couldn’t beat so many people by himself.
He did not have any control over the situation. If anything, he was a laughingstock.
Just as Lin Su was about to say something, a gunshot was heard. A bullet grazed past his knee. It was a flesh wound that had deliberately missed his bone.
The glass behind him cracked.
“You’ve brought a sniper?” Lin Su let go of Luo Ying in pain and kneeled on the ground.
Luo Ying threw herself into Lu Zhao’s arms and hugged him tightly.
“There’s your so-called Lu Zhao, the white knight who isn’t a thug. Luo Ying, you’re so funny,” Lin Su said with a cold smile.
Luo Ying ignored Lin Su’s words. Instead, she looked at Lu Zhao.
Lin Su felt like breaking down. He covered his bleeding leg and collapsed on the ground. “Lu Zhao, do you feel happy to have a woman I once had?”
“Lin Su, do you still think this is a game?” Lu Zhao asked coldly. He looked at Lin Su as if he had been frozen in an ice cellar.
“Sure I do,” Lin Su laughed self-deprecatingly. “If only you’ve seen how she tried to climb into my bed before, you’ll find it very interesting.”
Before Lin Su could finish, Lu Zhao had bolted up.
Luo Ying quickly stopped Lu Zhao. “We don’t have to do anything to him.”
Lu Zhao looked at Luo Ying. The woman’s eyes were full of concern for him. He retracted his hand and slowly sat down, sizing up Lin Su with cold eyes.
“I’m not a merciless killer, but if you do this to Luo Ying again, I won’t let you off.” After Lu Zhao finished speaking, he left with Luo Ying.
The audition was still going on, but they had moved upstairs.
“Are we going home?” Lu Zhao looked at Luo Ying and asked.
Luo Ying had prepared heavily for this audition, but after this incident, he did not know if she was still up for it.

She needed to meet Jin Shi and confirm if Jin Shi was her brother.
