Consequently, the heavy artillery launcher he grasped tightly flew out, following a parabolic trajectory towards Bai Fu.
This was unexpected to everyone except Bai Fu. Thus, when the other five mutants reacted, they could only watch, helpless to do anything.
Because it all happened too quickly, they couldn't even manage to change their expressions in time to question or berate C2.
Bai Fu caught the artillery launcher thrown by C2 with ease.

Her finger on the trigger, C2 finally shook off the Combat Etiquette control just as the other five mutants realized the gravity of their situation.
