On the road to the Bagalos Sanctuary, the army of Genetic Primordial was still entangled with the ambushing troops arranged by the Truth Society.
When they were first ambushed, Genetic Primordial took a heavy hit, and several of the lead vehicles got blown up.
However, Commander Basque was no ordinary man. He did not let the high expectations of him be in vain. He quickly calmed down from his rage and began commanding the military and the Intelligence Bureau to counterattack.
In terms of individual soldier quality, there wasn't much difference between Genetic Primordial and the Truth Society, but in terms of battlefield cooperation, Genetic Primordial, having fought many Great Battles, was somewhat stronger.

Soon, cries of alarm started pouring in through the radio.
"Our forces have broken through the defense line and are advancing toward the Bagalos Sanctuary!"
"The enemy is retreating, should we pursue?"
Everyone around turned their gaze to Basque; it was time for him to make a decision.
It was too abnormal; he couldn't understand the moves of the Truth Society at all. This was not a defeat; nor could it possibly be a trap, because if it were, it would be incredibly foolish.
Just as he was conflicted, someone nearby suddenly shouted.
"The Truth Society's base has been breached by Fufu, they're heading back to provide support, we can't let them get away!"
Everyone in the vehicle turned their heads in shock, finding that the shouter was one of those odd individuals brought by Bai Fu.
Wasn't Fufu just Bai Fu? Although they had learned through Xu Hong that Bai Fu had located the true position of the Bagalos Base, it was absurd to say that Bai Fu had breached the Truth Society's base so quickly.
"Where did you get this news?" Basque pressed.
"One of the Players who attacked the base with Fufu told me," the named Player quickly urged, "Wasting time on this matter is useless now, rush and send people to pursuit. It's a perfect opportunity to wipe out Bagalos Base, if delayed, they might escape!"
Basque clenched his right fist.
He didn't want to believe it, but Bai Fu breaching the base indeed explained the contrasting actions of the Truth Society rioters.
He immediately issued the command.
The soldiers of Genetic Primordial split into two groups, working with various vehicles to quickly advance forward. They soon crossed the trenches dug by the Truth Society, one group breaking into Bagalos Sanctuary and rescuing the surrounded Intelligence Bureau Special Agents, while the other group killed toward the coordinates previously announced by Xu Hong.
Smooth, it was all too smooth.
The Genetic Primordial soldiers, who had been grappling to the death with the Truth Society just minutes ago, couldn't imagine the situation turning into what it was now. They even started to feel like they weren't here to wage a war but to go on a vacation.
"I heard that it's Bai Fu from Section Four who breached the Truth Society's base."
"What about the new age Superman?"
"Lucky we brought her along, otherwise if we continued to be deadlocked , God knows how many people would die."
The soldiers of Genetic Primordial felt incredibly fortunate.
Conversely, the people from the Truth Society were close to despair.
With Genetic Primordial hot on their heels, they frantically fled towards the base, hoping to at least have a chance to escape if they couldn't win the fight.
But they had no idea, when they finally reached the doors of the base, what they saw were tightly closed gates!
"Kill all those who don't surrender!"
Basque shouted loudly.
While the Truth Society soldiers were being severely beaten, in the base just a door away, Bai Fu leveraged Julia's reluctance to harm her, deceiving Julia and beginning her attack output.
Even with Julia's abilities, once her throat was locked with an armlock, her body uncontrollably fell to the ground.
"We're gaining the upper hand!"
"Just hold on a bit longer, and once Genetic Primordial wipes out the Truth Society foot soldiers outside, this battle will be over!"
