This Evolution would be entirely beneficial to Bai Fu.
In this world, Evolution was the eternal theme—evolution of individuals, evolution of civilizations—never halting. If it ever did stop, it might be eliminated by a more advanced "individual" or "civilization."
Although the world rules of Stars Above weren't as dark as the Dark Forest Law, they weren't much better, either. The official background introduction even mentioned that up to this point, a universe-wide triangular trade was still prevalent.
