Named a celebration, it was actually a ploy to snip players' in-game wealth.
Bai Fu planned to introduce new Camp instances, new Prayer Cards, new shop items, new discount promotions, new lottery events, new tasks, player award ceremonies, as well as Exclusive Uniforms for Silent Court during the event.
She mainly contacted Gao Yuan to discuss the lottery event.
During the event, every time players spent a certain amount at An Ya's Mysterious Store, they'd receive a special gift box. A so-called special gift box was actually a blind box filled with various items and equipment of different values, such as Prayer Cards, firearms, and Bai Fu's latest personal models of Equipment.
She no longer needed these items, making them perfect for luring players to splurge in the store.
Note that the term "complimentary" was key!
In this day and age, if Bai Fu put these blind boxes up for sale, she'd certainly be branded as a profiteer—even if many players would complain while still making purchases. But that would inevitably tarnish the reputation of her spotless hero image, wouldn't it?
So, she changed selling the boxes outright to offering them as a complimentary gift after spending a certain amount in the store and cleverly packaged this strategy as a limited-time event benefit.
This way, players would not call her a profiteer; instead, they'd praise her, "As expected of Fufu, so generous."

Of course, these players won't lose too much. Prayer Cards were hot items. Those who didn't need them could still resell to other players at slightly lower prices to recuperate their expenses.
The specifics were up to them. After all, Bai Fu was raking it in.
To prevent any backlash from players despite these tactics, Bai Fu planned to push Gao Yuan to the front, claiming he was the primary planner behind the event's complimentary gift box activity.

Bai Fu and Gao Yuan discussed all the details of the celebration, then she asked Gao Yuan to send her the design for the Silent Court uniform to check.
In her fabricated lore, Silent Court wasn't just an Ordinary camp, but one with a mysterious attribute and connected to some ethereal entity. Therefore, she didn't use her current outfit as a reference for the uniform design.
The basic model of the Silent Court uniform was mainly black, adorned with a thin, black cape with wide sleeves. The cape bore the golden Eye of Heaven insignia and cryptic Ghost Talismans on the back, which gave an ethereal and flowing impression when moving.
Since the outfit was meant to symbolize status rather than function, Bai Fu didn't even consider whether it would be suitable for intense combat—for a Spiritual Ability Prayer Master normally wouldn't need to engage in close combat anyway.

After comparing several design drafts, Bai Fu chose the one she found most appealing to send back to Gao Yuan. Future advanced versions would be based on this, with additional accessories, such as a crown.
She also casually sent Gao Yuan a shopping list and told him to contact the Dark Web to procure the materials listed as soon as possible.
These materials were to craft the Dark Wand, which was to be awarded for tasks on Newbie Planet. All the necessary components to make the Dark Wand could be gathered on Ancestral Origin Star.
The only tricky part was the Pollution Core from Advanced Mutated Life Forms, which not all Mutated Life Forms possessed. Bai Fu decided to take matters into her own hands when the time came, leading players to farm Advanced Mutated Life Forms.
