The person on the other end of the communicator gave a negative response.
"It is indeed a trap, but Secret Tower might not yet know that we are aware it's a trap, so this is an opportunity. We've just contacted the Tidal Civilization, Heavenly Eye Alliance, and Caster Civilization; they have agreed to deploy fleets to join us in a coordinated strike on the Dark Domain Insect Clan's stronghold in the Sea Lion Star System. With some luck, we might be able to deal a significant blow to Secret Tower and avenge our fallen comrades on Heavenly Lake Star!"
Manu was silent for a moment.
He felt it was worth a try. Even if it failed, it wouldn't matter, but if they succeeded, it would definitely be a huge blow to the increasingly arrogant Secret Tower.

This task had five branches and one hidden reward.
The first branch required resisting the first wave of assaults from the Dark Domain Insects. During this, although Bai Fu did not participate herself, the two Big Black Fus she placed on the battlefield, along with the Prayer Cards she created, earned her a substantial amount of experience; she received 16.7 million Experience.
The second branch required maintaining three defense lines for ten days. By the end of the battle at Heavenly Lake Star, the third defense line still stood firm, but since the second line fell too quickly, the performance evaluation for this branch was not that high.
"9.2 million Experience and three Super Healing Potions. The effect of the Super Healing Potion is to recover 10,000 Life Value in an extremely short time; though the Experience isn't much, these potions are good stuff, nearly half of my Blood Bar."
Bai Fu was quite satisfied with this reward.
The third branch was a killing task; every Adult Insect killed awarded an extra 200,000 Experience. During the previous battle, she had slain a total of 37 Adult Insects, therefore the task rewarded her with 7.4 million Experience.
