Ethan repeated his mantra, "These roses, they deserve a beauty!"
He spoke so clearly! Barrett should know that these flowers aren’t meant for him, right?
"You’re just as cheeky as Harry." Barrett said, "Have you been learning too much from Harry?"

Ethan wiped some cold sweat off his brow, "Barrett, you really can’t touch these flowers." Because they are meant for Miss Eva Nightingale!
When Sebastian wakes up and finds out that Barrett ruined the flowers, he’ll definitely be furious.
Back at the Yansford Estate.
Sebastian was soaking in the bathtub, showing no intention of waking up.
Barrett furrowed his brows with a mocking look at him. How much had he drunk?
Barrett sat nearby, lit a cigar, took a single puff, and then saw a woman storm in, screaming her heart out:
"You heartless man! You disgusting pig! Tell me, why deceive me if you don’t like me? Why, why! Ah!"
Barrett was startled.
The woman who rushed in had fair skin and long hair, yet her face appeared haggard, displaying a kind of sickly pallor.
The woman grabbed Barrett, continuing to rant, "Sebastian Yansford, you beast! I hate you, oh how I hate you!"
Barrett’s cigar was snatched away.
With a bewildered look.
What was happening here?
The woman startled Barrett.
"Get out, now!" She screamed hysterically, "You get out! Today I have to settle the score with him!"
Only then did Barrett realize, glancing at Sebastian lounging in the bathtub.
"You... You and him, are you in that kind of relationship?"
Listening to the woman’s words, she seemed to have an unresolvable hatred with Sebastian!
Barrett’s body stiffened! Sebastian had always been single, how could a woman suddenly appear?
The woman cried like a delicate flower in the rain, her eyes filled with chilling despair, "This is between him and me! You, get out!"
Barrett seemed to understand something.
Apparently, the seemingly calm Yansford Family wasn’t as peaceful as it appeared.
But Barrett couldn’t figure out why no one had ever known... Sebastian had a woman?
As Sebastian slightly regained consciousness.
He noticed something hanging on him.
He opened his deep, dark eyes, to see a face of exquisite allure, with a faintly sickly complexion.
Almost as a first reaction, he pushed the woman on him away.
"Alice Cloud, your courage is growing!"
If she hadn’t arrogantly climbed on him, he truly wouldn’t... wouldn’t still call her name.
"It’s you who’s presumptuous!" Alice Cloud sneered as she threw herself onto Sebastian again, "If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t be in this state today!"
She was hurting inside.
She had lost everything, unable to live like a normal woman, her heart only carried hate, endless hate...
"Yes." Sebastian looked into her eyes, seeing only a pitch-black void, seemingly devoid of any sparkle.
His tone, slightly sarcastic:
"In front of a stepmother! It is indeed presumptuous to call her by name!"
