He glanced at the dog, "Doesn't that dog look like it's on drugs?"
Captain Sanders was taken aback and his lips twitched.

Captain Sanders was taken aback, his gaze turning sinister as he stared at the drug trafficker, then at the dog that had been scared into submission.
"Feed him to the dog!"
"Drug traffickers deserve to die!!"
