Tang Mo’er walked up to Tang Hai and asked in a puzzled manner, “Daddy, why are you here?”
She had won the battle, her father’s arrival was the cornerstone that enabled her to win without putting in much effort.

Being so close to Tang Hai, she wasn’t in her best mental state and he looked at her, his face unreadable. “How did you learn that Han Dong wanted to rape Tang Mo’er? Or is it, you knew about Han Dong’s perverted thoughts towards Mo’er all along, and you just never made the effort to stop him all these years and even allowed it to escalate to such a state?”
