Qin Youxuan sprung up from the bed excitedly, rushing to the window and swinging it open. She gazed at him anxiously, fearing that he might decide not to leave again.

Qin Youxuan watched his receding figure, muttering to herself.
Realizing that she was worrying about Dan Hanjie, she slapped herself on the forehead, turned around, and threw herself back onto the bed to sleep.
Yao, who had been waiting outside, immediately approached Dan Hanjie when he saw him.

Hanjie’s hand loosened, his fingers remained stiff and tense, and he stood there for a moment, processing the news.
The next second, he raced to his car, started the engine, and sped off like an arrow released from its bow.
After tidying up, Qin Youxuan went back to Qin Group.
She now knew that Jin Lan wasn’t paralysed. In her hurry to escape the burning container, she had hurt her waist and had to recover in a wheelchair.
But after what had happened, Jin Lan didn’t dare to play any more tricks.
Qin Youxuan smoothly attended the shareholder’s meeting, followed by a media meet and greet, where she publicly announced her position as the official successor of Qin Group, as well as the collaboration case Hanjie had handed over to her.
Qin Group once again became the talk of the town, and their stocks rose steadily.

Qin Youxuan handed the contract in her hand to her assistant.

“Yes, Miss,” the assistant replied respectfully before leaving to file the documents.

Just as Qin Youxuan was about to return to her office, she heard voices in the corridor.
She paused, turned back, and saw Meng Ziqi who was coming out of the lift, pushing Jin Lan’s wheelchair. And standing beside them… was Jin Chenye.
“Mom, I still have work to do later on. I’m afraid I won’t have the time,” said Jin Chenye, not noticing Qin Youxuan. He frowned subtly and gently refused.
Qin Youxuan clearly saw a shadow flash across Meng Ziqi’s face, followed by a look of disappointment.
“So what! That wild girl has now entered the company, clinging onto Dan Group. The shareholders are all on her side, and your father can’t favor you openly. What kind of work do you have right now?
