“Many people have said that, but I think it’s better not to be like her.” Qin Youxuan paused and lowered her gaze.
Her tiny hand was tugging at the grass next to the grave, sounding desolate.
“Was it because she passed away too early?”
“No, if she could really have happiness, the length of one’s life is no longer the only measure. What bothers me is that what she yearned for, she never got in this lifetime.”
“You’re not her, how do you know she didn’t feel fortunate?” Dan Hanjie’s dark eyes were deep, and showed a hint of darkness.

“Old friend?” The corners of Dan Hanjie’s eyes flashed, “What about Qin Mo, hasn’t he come?”
“Don’t mention that person in front of my mother, the person she least wanted to see was him!” Qin Youxuan’s face sank instantly.
She turned her head nervously and looked towards the gravestone, as if mentioning this name in front of Jiang Yu would disturb her soul.
“Stay with your mother. I’ll wait in the car.” Dan Hanjie didn’t ask further after sensing her reluctance. He gently rubbed her head and turned to leave.
Leaving her some space alone with her mother.
“Dan Hanjie, I wasn’t blaming you just now, I just…” Seeing him suddenly leaving, Qin Youxuan reached out and grabbed his sleeve, stuttering in her attempt to explain.
“You don’t need to say anymore, I understand.” Dan Hanjie paused and gently kissed her cheek before turning to leave.
Watching him disappear from sight, Qin Youxuan sat there for a long while before lifting her gaze.
Her petite body sat on the grass, leaning lightly against the tombstone, she whispered, “Mom, I came to see you…”
Qin Youxuan sat there before Jiang Yu’s grave for several hours.
She went on and on about her experiences over the past few years.
In the end, she didn’t forget to introduce Dan Hanjie to Jiang Yu.

Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed the data on Dan Hanjie’s computer. She was startled, “Is this the information about Qin Group?”
“Yes.” Dan Hanjie glanced at her mildly and shut down his laptop, “Are you hungry?”
Qin Youxuan shook her head. She had no appetite.
“Is the stock acquisition of Qin Group not going smoothly?” Qin Youxuan recalled the data she just saw, and furrowed her brow to ask.
