Qin Youxuan did not refute, just looking calmly at Jin Chenye.

Qin Youxuan picked up her coffee, took a gentle sip, and smiled.

Jin Chenye’s eyes tightened slightly, and he pursed his lips.
“I want to live for myself.”
Qin Youxuan’s voice was soft, without any rise or fall. She put down her cup and looked at Jin Chenye.
“I will transfer all the shares of Qin Group to your name. I am not Qin Family’s biological daughter, so I cannot possess those things. This is the stock transfer agreement that I had my lawyer draft up earlier— I’ve already signed it.”
Qin Youxuan pulled out a contract from her bag and handed it to Jin Chenye.
This was another reason she came to see Jin Chenye today.
She just wanted to maintain her mother’s reputation; she could no longer covet anything else from the Qin Family.
“I knew it; the last link you have with the Qin Family is these shares. I wondered why you would still hold onto them.” The smile on Jin Chenye’s face became even more bitter.
Qin Youxuan’s eyes flickered. She resolutely handed over the stock transfer agreement.
“I can’t take these shares; this is also my father’s wish.” Jin Chenye glanced at her, his eyes growing cold.
“The 15% of Qin Group’s shares one are those left by your mother. They were Jiang Family’s dowry and should be yours. If you want to return them, you just have to return the additional 10%. But dad said that’s a father’s responsibility to his daughter. If you don’t want to acknowledge him, you should return the shares.”
“I don’t have a reason to keep…”
“As long as you still see yourself as a daughter of the Qin Family, you are entitled.” Jin Chenye took out a newspaper and pushed it in front of her.
“You forget that now you’re my sister, the young miss of the Qin Family. If you don’t hold any shares of Qin Group, how will the public believe my clarification isn’t just a publicity stunt?”
Qin Youxuan bit her lip and nodded forcefully, “I understand. I will hold on to it. Once Qin Group’s operation stabilizes, I will return the shares to you.”
“Do we really have to be so precise with each other?”
Qin Youxuan looked up at him, capturing the helpless look in his eyes and lowered her gaze, “I’m sorry…”
“Even though we’re siblings, we shouldn’t be so distant. I remember you used to stick with me a lot. Let me accompany you to go shopping. There’s a mall right outside. May I accompany you again?”
