“With so many of you accompanying her, my daughter still got mistreated. What on earth are you all doing!” His tone was not loud, but it carried an aura of unyielding authority.
Ye Zhanxing’s narrowed eyes made all the servants kneel down in fear.
“Sir, please forgive us.”
“You shouldn’t apologize to me, but to Mingmei. Right now, I just want to know, who dared to humiliate my daughter, not even giving face to me, Ye Zhanxing?”
Ye Zhanxing crossed his legs, raised his hand, and the butler immediately handed him a cigar, which he lit with respect.
He knew his daughter well; she might be spoiled and had a bad temper, but she wasn’t wicked.
