After Lu Wan and Qi Huan had bantered enough with one another, the three of them departed from the place to the nearby city. After having experienced the lockdown of the city because of Lu Wan, they knew better than to enter it again.
"That’s a city," Qi Huan stopped when they could see a city not far in front of them. The size of the city told them that it must be one of the influential cities in the Chen Kingdom, but he was not sure of the city’s name.
"How should we enter?"
"Let’s just say that we’re travelers who wish to borrow the Teleportation Array because we’re in a hurry," Ye Jiao turned to look at Lu Wan. She smirked. "With Senior Brother Lu as our older brother who accompanies us."
"..." he should know better than to put on the disguise as an older man.
In the last month, Lu Wan grew taller, making it easier for him to pass as an adult. His voice has also changed because of his age, making it slightly lower. Though, if they should say, it was still rather high pitched for a man.
"Don’t forget that you need to act," Qi Huan reminded as they walked closer to the gate.
Lu Wan inwardly rolled his eyes. He nodded his head to the guard as he took out a coin secretly and kept it in his palm. "Good day."
"May I know what’s your business here?" the first guard asked.
"We’re travelers and have just recently received news from back home, so we want to borrow the Teleportation Array in this city."
Hearing the word ’Teleportation Array’, the guard’s eyes lit up. It was common knowledge that the array was expensive, so it would tell him efficiently that the travelers before him were rich.
He coughed. "I’m afraid..."
"Here’s something for your hard work." Lu Wan extended his arm and shook the guard’s hand. In that simple gesture, he had slipped the coin that he prepared earlier for the guard.
Noticing the bright yellow color, the guard smiled. "You may go in."
"Thank you."
The three of them walked inside and Lu Wan stopped for a moment before taking out a handkerchief. His expression showed his annoyance.
"Next time, you should be the one to do this, Qi..."
Qi Huan gave him a glare so Lu Wan could only stop talking. He sighed internally as he wondered how he should call the other party. Their real name was off limits and their nickname in Bao Fu Organization was even more so. After all, there might be news about what they have done back in the organization.
"Let’s just take a look at the array," Ye Jiao suggested.
The other two nodded their heads and walked into the bustling city. There were a lot of people walking around. As they walked, Ye Jiao noticed a strange man who walked without any sound. He was asking directions casually, but the way he walked reminds her of how an assassin worked.

Qi Huan nodded. He didn’t look at that person directly, but he understood what Ye Jiao meant. "It seems that they have rebuilt the entire organization from scratch again."
"What? So quick?" Lu Wan was astonished.

It was only a month ago that there was a complete massacre in the organization. That incident alone must have taken the lives of most Bao Fu Organization’s members. To be able to rise that quick again, he couldn’t imagine what kind of deeds they must have done.

They would need to train more in the future to allow themselves to control their Eon Energy much better and more efficiently.
Ye Jiao looked at the two of them. "Would it be possible for them to search for us?"
"That..."
"It’s possible," Qi Huan said calmly. "Our name is already registered as part of the organization as his disciples. When the dispute happened in that place, they only needed to send people to find out what had happened before they put our name in their list. It’s that simple."
Lu Wan shivered when he thought about how the organization moved so quickly and efficiently. Somehow, he felt that their decision to make the organization as their enemy was truly a bad move. "I really like my nickname," Lu Wan whined.
Ye Jiao passed a sidelong glance. "Do you treasure your nickname or your life more?"
"Of course my life!"
"It’ll be for the best." Qi Huan agreed. "Besides, do you still want to fight against them head on? You should know that they can easily summon numerous powerful people to fight for them."
Based on what Zhan Jing told them, Bao Fu Organization has a lot of people who pledged their loyalty. Many of them did it willingly and only a few of them were forced to say their oath. Once the organization was in trouble, it would be a piece of cake for them to move an army to fight back their enemies.
And many of the fighters would be extremely powerful.
Ye Jiao closed her eyes for a moment then opened it again. Her pupil has turned tranquil once again. "No. As long as our path no longer crossed against one another again, I’m not going to bother with them."

The three of them stayed silent as they walked to the direction of the building where the Teleportation Array was located. Neither one of them wanted to continue having any relation with the Bao Fu Organization anymore. It would be for the best if they could no longer have any relation.
As long as their identity didn’t get leaked out, it should be fine.
"Excuse me, is the array usable?" Lu Wan asked as he entered the building. The three of them recognized the Teleportation Array in the middle of the room, so all they needed was someone to operate it.
"Yes, it is," an old man walked out. He looked at the three of them with inquiry. "Is there anything I can help?"
"We want to teleport to the city in the north...."
"It’s called Intersection City, Big Brother," Qi Huan interrupted with a smile on his face, yet Lu Wan felt as if this young man was sending him death glare.

The old man nodded his head. "I need 100 beast cores and also 100 coins as the fee."
