Chloe Grant’s entire mind went blank, because of shock, horror, and... various reasons!
She was dumbfounded for a long time, feeling a tingle on her lips, she finally reacted, her first move was... to pound on Uncle Morgan’s chest, trying to push him away.
However, no matter how hard Chloe Grant tried, she couldn’t push Matthew Morgan away.

She still didn’t understand why Uncle Morgan would kiss her?
How could he suddenly kiss her!
Chloe Grant just stared at him, seemingly waiting for Matthew Morgan’s answer.
But, what was he supposed to answer?
What would he answer?
At this moment, Chloe Grant’s mind was in chaos, she desperately hoped Matthew Morgan could give a reasonable explanation, but was also afraid.
Standing there, her legs were weak.

She pushed Matthew Morgan away, turned and ran, opened the door, and rushed out.
Matthew Morgan stood there, just watching her panicked back as she ran away, and had no intention of chasing her.
He lowered his head, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, and suddenly laughed.

She said she didn’t want to take the college entrance exam; it was he who forced her to, making her endure a period of "crazy hard study."
And he, he just didn’t want her life filled with regrets and pity.
She said she wanted to play games day and night.
And he, he was just worried about her eyesight.
She said she wanted to eat spicy food, stay up late eating midnight snacks.
And he, he just knew her stomach wasn’t good; spicy food was too stimulating. Eating late and sleeping on it would make her feel awful the next day.
She said she didn’t want to wake up early to run.
And he, he was just worried she’d gain weight, then diet for beauty.
Chloe Grant belonged to the type that gains weight easily, she could bloat just drinking water.
After her first period at fourteen, she began to gain weight, at worst weighing 130 pounds, unable to fit some clothes. She was unhappy every day, sometimes secretly crying in bed.
In an extreme bid to lose weight, she ended up damaging her stomach through starvation.
Matthew Morgan made her run every day only to prevent her from gaining weight and feeling sad. At least by running, she could eat what she wanted freely, though she wouldn’t lose weight, she wouldn’t gain either.
Matthew Morgan suddenly started to laugh.
