No citizen may be arrested except by approval or decision of the people’s procuratorates or by decision of the people’s courts, and arrests must be made by public security organs. Unlawful detention and deprivation or restriction of citizens’ freedom by other unlawful means are prohibited; as is the unlawful search of citizens’ persons.
Are any of you prepared to knowingly break the law?”
Indeed, even if they discovered their belongings in her pocket, she had a way to prove they were planted on her.
