Forrest reached out and placed a hand on her shoulder, "Your brain’s turned to mush, huh."
"Yeah, if you poured out whatever’s in my head right now, it’d be like porridge."
"Ugh, you’re disgusting, how am I supposed to drink porridge after this?
Charles Townsend, your mom is truly gross."
Faye Townsend rarely pressed her lips together like that; she knew Forrest was desperately trying to help her relax, and she appreciated his efforts.
The light above the operating room went out, and Faye immediately stood up and ran over.
The moment the door opened, Dr. Barrett removed his mask and walked out.
"Dr. Barrett, how did it go?"
Barrett smiled, "Congratulations, Miss Townsend, the surgery was very successful. At the normal recovery pace, Miya shouldn’t need a fourth surgery."
Faye’s legs went weak, and she fell directly to the ground.
She covered her mouth with her hand and began to sob.
Kay Forrest was startled by her actions and knelt down to comfort her, "Hey, you silly girl, did you hear wrong? The surgery was successful, it was successful."
Faye nodded while crying; she wanted to say something, but no words came out.
"Look at you, why are you crying?"
Dr. Barrett patted Kay Forrest’s shoulder, "She’s crying from happiness."

Miya had been tormented by congenital heart disease for five years.
Five years is not a short time for anyone.

Faye cried for a long time, and Darnley squatted in front of her, holding her hand, "Mom, don’t cry, Miya is fine now."
Faye nodded, crying like a child.
Forrest reached out and gently poked her head, "Look at you, such a wimp, alright, cry as much as you like, but once you’ve had enough, wipe those tears away; Miya is still waiting for your care."
Faye nodded and stood up with Forrest’s support, the three of them heading together to the door of the hospital room.

After Oliver Turner landed at Zurich Airport, he called Faye, but she didn’t answer, so he dialed Kay Forrest’s number.
Kay Forrest told him that Faye had just gone home to rest and that he was currently on duty at the hospital looking after Miya.
After hanging up, Oliver took a taxi straight to the hospital.
Even if Faye wasn’t there, he should still go and see Miya first.
Meanwhile, in Anchester, Hunter Warren, who was drinking at the Sa Bar with Roman Hughes and Owen Lennon, suddenly received a phone call.
Initially calm, Hunter’s expression turned a few degrees colder after the call.

Owen Lennon looked at him, "Does the BlueHorizon Group have business in Switzerland too?"
"Not to my knowledge." That’s what pissed Hunter Warren off the most.
"Seems like he’s gone to see Faye."
Hunter glared at Roman Hughes; everyone knew it, so why state the obvious and make things awkward?
Realizing Hunter’s gaze, Roman Hughes sheepishly smiled, "I’m just stating the facts, aren’t we all thinking the same thing?"
"Some things are understood by everyone, no need to say them out loud and add to the trouble," Owen patted Roman on the shoulder.
Roman Hughes shrugged with a grin, "Alright, alright, I said too much, but Faye too, it’s the busy season for the family business, why did she suddenly rush back to Switzerland?
She left, and Oliver followed right after, not even caring about his first girlfriend.
Could it be... he and Faye had an arrangement? Hunter, I think there’s more to this than meets the eye."
"Maybe it’s just a coincidence, don’t exaggerate," Owen rolled his eyes at Roman behind Hunter’s back.
Picking up the hint, Roman chuckled, "I’m just analyzing it; there’s a chance I’m wrong anyway. Hunter, what do you think?"
With a sullen face, Hunter Warren remained silent for a moment, then placed his drink back on the table and stood up, "No need to ponder about it uselessly. If I want to know what they’re up to, I’ll go see for myself."
Roman Hughes was taken aback, "You’re going to Switzerland?"
"Why not?" If Oliver Turner could go, so could Hunter Warren.
