Blood Control, an ability that allows a Blood Mutant to control, bend, and manipulate blood to their will; a skill that comes with a wide variety of flexibility, whether it’s turning blood into a weapon or using its liquid form to kill an enemy in different and creative ways.
This skill is what made Blood Mutants the powerful killing beings they were, often allowing them to kill many with nothing but a swipe of their hands and a considerably large enough volume of blood.
Though valuable, the skill has another creative aspect: controlling the blood within a living opponent. Often, Blood Mutants would begin using the skill outside a body, turning it into weapons and then using it to attack a living opponent. However, it was possible for them to control the blood inside a live victim and decide whether to kill them or control their movements.
Once activated, this skill allows the user to make their victim immobile and highly vulnerable to other subsidiaries of the attack, such as Blood Coagulation, Blood Acid, Blood Rust, and many others. The most common, however, was bending the blood within the body and causing it to destroy a victim brutally.

Jim, a Golden Blood Mutant in the Blood Knight rank, had learned this ability after spending countless days watching Ace dabble in it from time to time. The Blood Knight diligently practiced on hundreds of Ethisians and enemies he was forced to fight, some ranging from intelligent beings to raging beasts varying in different shapes, forms, and sizes.
He observed, practiced, and began to harness and perfect the skill until he was now able to use it against a powerful opponent. The Blood Knight had never battled any Ethisian above the Elite rank, so this was his first opportunity to not only exercise his Blood Control ability kill his first powerful victim using it.
"Let...me...go..." the Ethisian commanded, its head being the only part it could move partially. The alien felt the blood within its body come to a complete standstill, slowly shutting down its organs and muscles.
"You’re facing me," Jim answered and approached the Ethisian, "not them."
Using his strength, the Blood Knight delivered a bone-crushing blow to the Ethisian’s ribcage, the force thrusting its body across the ground like a piece of paper.
The Ethisian’s body crumbled under its weight and crashed to the ground hard. Quickly, it stood on its feet with its head slowly starting to calculate and make sense of what was happening. The Ethisian had finally landed a chance to battle a Blood Mutant and see what it was capable of. However, this wasn’t the one it wanted to fight. This wasn’t its intended target. This wasn’t the one its body was drawn to.
Now furious, its eyes glowed a violent red as it clenched its stolen sword even harder. The energy emitting from it continued overwhelming the Ethisian, driving it to new, uncontrollable levels of strength.
In an instant, the Ethisian drew the sword and lunged at the Blood Knight. It slashed and thrust the weapon, missing by narrow inches. However much it attacked, it just couldn’t seem to connect with the Blood Knight, who was naturally faster than it.
As their battle ensued, the Elites surrounded Skyler and managed to attract the attention of those seated on her: Ace, Cherry, and the wounded Anya.
Cherry, whose attention was solely given to the wounded Blood Knight, wasn’t able to defend herself from the Elites. Her attention all fell on Blood Knight Anya whose wound had slowly stopped advancing to the rest of her body. Seeing this, the Elites realized a slight weakness the Humans had which was poison.
The mercenary clones were given weapons with poisonous tips designed to make their kills more lethal and effective over time. Since one of the Humans was injured with a wound that could have only been caused by poison, the Elites understood clearly what they needed to add in the war to successfully kill the Humans; a weakness that they could exploit.
"Hold her tight," Ace spoke to his sister as he stood on Skyler’s back. He stared at the six Elites, and they stared back. Each one stared as though they were timid, afraid of being there but at the same time ready to fight. "I’ll take care of these ones."

It had been a while since the Blood Bishop had transformed into his Blood Mutant form. For a long period, he focused more on his Blood Abilities and Hemomancer skills, which allowed him to create the Scarlet Army. While doing so, the Blood Bishop stacked his stat points, giving him immense strength, agility, stamina, and other attributes.
Now was the time he saw fit to use only his raw strength since his Blood Abilities would only make it too easy for him.

A loud, powerful roar spreading across the battlefield shook the Elites and clones standing too close to the Blood Bishop, their sense of bravery fading from their bodies.
The Upper Legendary, unlike the other Ethisians, was drawn to the roar, his impulses urging him to kill the Blood Mutant. Despite this, the alien was already engaged with the Golden Blood Knight, who had managed to inflict large wounds on its body, a very vulnerable state for one to be in front of a Blood Mutant.
"Keep your eyes here," Jim slammed his fist on the alien’s chest, drawing its attention back to him and not Ace. The man smiled maliciously at the Ethisian as he drew blood from its body.
Like flowing streams of water, the alien’s blood left its body and wrapped itself around the Blood Knight’s already long and sharp claws.
Jim leaped over his enemy while turning its blood into thick blades. He struck the first in its chest and sliced to the left, the other slicing its shoulder and moving to the right.
The Ethisian fell back on the ground, its wounds taking a toll on its already fading strength. The Blood Knight lunged again with two slices to the alien’s head, neck muscles, and joints on its shoulders.
Soon, the Ethisian was weakened to the point where it barely stood. Its lust to shed Ace’s blood had driven it to its early death, and the same malicious energy that once overwhelmed and overpowered it was the same that ended its life.

The Blood Bishop, while battling the Elites, noticed the sword the Ethisian carried, which meant that its owner was somewhere on the battlefield fighting without it. Knowing how his Blood Warrior fought, the Blood Bishop summoned it back, making it appear behind the wounded Ethisian.
"I win, and because of that," Enoris quickly got a hold of her sword and together, she and Jim charged at the Ethisian. Jim swung and pierced his blades deeper into the alien’s chest and thrust them upwards, breaking open a wound large enough for its internal organs to spill out.
As its blood flowed out with the motion of Jim’s blades, the Blood Knight collected and turned the blood into spikes which were thrown at its eyes, piercing through its eye sockets and out its skull. The final blow was carried out by Enoris who swung her sword with great vengeance and cleanly severed its head from the Ethisian’s body.
Following the words of the Ethisian, the Blood Warrior poked the Ethisian’s head with her sword and said to it, "You will fight under me now."
