After the ceremony ended, Bei Ran took a moment to enjoy the cool breeze backstage.

"It’s what I should do!" Bei Ran gently patted her back, "Don’t think about it anymore, some things are simply beyond our control."
"I know!" Song Ziyu nodded her head, "Actually, you would look even more beautiful in a cheongsam. My cousin would certainly like it if he saw you, and of course, I saw Tang San was utterly captivated..."
Bei Ran chuckled softly: "Seems like you’re fine now, you’re even joking with me!"
Song Ziyu took a step back: "Saying I’m fine would be a lie, but I will live my life with strength. Su Tianqing thinks he could crush me , he’s so wrong. Even if it’s a marriage of convenience, as long as I don’t consent, I am the Su Family’s Young Madam. If he wants to be with another woman, he needs my approval first!"
