Gu Qiangwei looked up, her gaze sharp as it swept towards Qiao Muxue.
For some reason, Qiao Muxue suddenly paused upon meeting that piercing look.
From where did such an intimidating power arise?
“Mochen, Uncle Shen values this new film project greatly, if he finds out that President Huang was offended, he will definitely be very displeased!” Qiao Muxue turned her head and began to fan the flames towards Mochen again.
Gu Qiangwei knew, she simply wanted to force her out of Starlight Entertainment, to distance her from Shen Mochen and herself.
While the two were arguing, the door to the president’s office was suddenly pushed open.
All three turned their heads, only to see a middle-aged man with a stern expression step in, his mood appearing quite foul.
“Dad, what brings you here?”
As soon as Shen Hua entered, he directly took a seat on the sofa, then with a grave tone, “With such a serious issue, how could I not come? What exactly happened? We had barely persuaded President Huang and then this catastrophe occurs, who exactly is the culprit?”
The forceful voice carried a hint of anger, echoing throughout the office.
Before Shen Mochen could speak, Qiao Muxue beat him to it, “Uncle Shen, it was her, the one who injured President Huang!”
Following her directed gaze, Shen Hua’s eyes swiftly moved over and shot a severe glance at Gu Qiangwei.
“More trouble than worth, our company does not need such a person, pack your things and leave immediately!”
“Dad! The matter hasn’t been cleared up yet, conclusions shouldn’t be drawn rashly.”
“Mochen, stop defending Gu Qiangwei. Ever since she joined the company, you’ve defended her countless times!” Seeing Shen Mochen trying to plead for Gu Qiangwei, Qiao Muxue immediately grabbed him.
However, she was met with an angry look from Shen Mochen.
Upon hearing this, Shen Hua frowned displeasedly, “She is that Gu Qiangwei!?”
He had heard Qiao Muxue mention this name several times, reportedly always seducing his son, relying on their close relationship to enter Starlight.

Shen Hua’s gaze turned once more towards Gu Qiangwei, his tone displeased, “Pack your things and leave this place immediately!”

Shen Mochen was about to say something when Shen Hua immediately interrupted him!
Gu Qiangwei glanced at him and didn’t want to implicate Shen Mochen because of this incident, so she said, “Mochen, let it be, after all… I was planning to resign anyway.”
This statement was perhaps her way of preserving the last shred of dignity even though it seemed like she was being unceremoniously dismissed!
With his father present, Shen Mochen, despite his desire to help her, was powerless.
As Gu Qiangwei turned to leave, a figure briskly entered the office and approached Shen Hua respectfully, whispering something into his ear.
