Staring at the blueprint, Qin Sijue quickly located the door that Gu Qiangwei had mentioned over the phone.
It was an emergency passage. If they had fallen straight down, their current location should be at the basement level’s parking area! Only now, it was nothing but ruins.
An anxious heart speculated uneasily, as if fire were burning within, and the next moment, Qin Sijue led people to the parking area.
Behind him, Tang Yuyan cried desperately, her tears flowing like rain. She was uncertain whether her son, Nangong Xi, was actually with Qiangwei.
Walking ahead, Qin Sijue suddenly stopped, turned back, and his narrow, reserved black eyes fell on Tang Yuyan’s tear-streaked face.
His sudden halt also made Tang Yuyan and an anxious Nangong Mingchuan stop in their tracks, turning their heads to meet his profound and dark eyes.
"Your son should be fine, he’s with Qiangwei," he said, recalling the "we" Gu Qiangwei had mentioned on the phone.
With that, he didn’t stop for an extra second, but instead hurried towards the direction of the parking area!
Tang Yuyan and Nangong Mingchuan were still stunned for a moment until they fully came to their senses. They exchanged glances then rushed toward the direction where Qin Sijue and his men had gone.
Under the ruins, not a trace of Gu Qiangwei could be seen.
In the hollow parking area amidst the chaos, uncertain of where she may be buried, Qin Sijue couldn’t help but shout!
In the cramped space, Gu Qiangwei’s body was thin, her small cherry lips had turned purple from the cold, and her hands were ice-cold. To keep Nangong Xi awake, she kept talking to him.
But Nangong Xi felt his eyelids becoming heavier and heavier and finally could not hold out, "Sister, I really want to sleep..."

"Qin Sijue... Qin Sijue!" She began to shout, afraid that Qin Sijue outside couldn’t hear her, she picked up a piece of rubble and started banging on the wall panels around her!
The faint sound came through, but the sound that managed to escape from under the ruins was too soft. Qin Sijue and Huo Yishan, among others, all heard it, but couldn’t determine the precise direction it was coming from.
Until a series of knocking sounds emerged.
Qin Sijue’s eyes sharpened as he pinpointed the location, then quickly rushed over, standing above the ruins where Gu Qiangwei was trapped.
"Qin Sijue! I’m here..." Her voice was almost a cry, not because she was scared for herself, but because as she felt Nangong Xi’s breath fade away, the inexplicable pain made her unable to stop crying, overwhelmed with grief.
