Liu Song, upon hearing this, became furious and turned to Black-faced Commander, "Cousin, bring him over."
Chen Ba was quickly brought over by Commander Hei. As he approached, Liu Song looked at him and said, "So you are the spy from White Tiger Hall?"
Chen Ba replied, "That’s right, I am indeed a spy from White Tiger Hall!"

Commander Hei furrowed his brow.

Chen Ba said, "Quietly, Young Master, we don’t want him to hear us."
Liu Song looked in the direction of Zhao San.
Being guilty at heart, Zhao San felt uneasy as Liu Song’s gaze met his, though Liu Song, persuaded by Chen Ba, looked away, and Zhao San felt as if the truth were about to be revealed.
Liu Song also came to his senses and said to Chen Ba, "You say Zhao San is a traitor just like that, why should I believe you?"
"Why wouldn’t you believe me?"
Liu Song said, "Zhao San went through rigorous testing by my father before he became my guard and Deputy Commander."
Chen Ba chuckled and said, "Young Master, if I can be a spy from White Tiger Hall, why can’t Zhao San be a traitor for Nan Batian? Nan Batian has much more power than our Hall Master."
Liu Song’s brow furrowed, and Chen Ba continued, "That’s all I have to say, Young Master. Think on it carefully. If you don’t believe me, at least be wary of him."
Liu Song’s brow remained deeply furrowed and he asked, "Why would Chen Jiusi tell you to convey this to me?"
Chen Ba replied, "As I said, our Hall Master doesn’t want any misunderstanding with Guild Leader Liu, and he certainly doesn’t wish for conflict."

Zhao San tried to remain composed and said, "Haha, Young Master, you mustn’t listen to his nonsense. Even if Nan Batian has great power, how could he plant a traitor so close to you? It must be that Chen Jiusi is talking rubbish, deceiving you."
"Is that so? Zhao San, want to guess who Chen Jiusi said the traitor was?"
