In the next second they were sucked up into the rifts. Inside the rifts felt cooler than before but Zakar could feel the familiarity. It was these rifts that had transported them from their various places on earth to this very place.

Zakar looked around as his eyes sharpened to see if he could sight any threats approaching. His fists dug into his palm.
"Guys. Stay alert!'' Zakar exclaimed to his team mates just as someone screamed in pain and agony.
Blood splattered across the stones and they noticed that the man who had gone after the diamonds was laying in a pool of his own blood. A deadly looking creature was standing beneath him with soaked mouth of blood.

Justin smiled and unsheathed his sword brutally. Then he traced his fingers on the shiny surface of the sword.

The sword connected with the muscles of the demon and in a second, it cleaved through it like a chunk of soft meat being served for stew.
Justin smiled as he stated at the demon then his gaze dropped on the rest of the crew.

Sera cracked her knuckles and dashed out with the crowd of recruits. Her speed was extremely fast and fierce. Zakar guessed that her speed stat would be 20 points or more.
He leaned back and sat on a rock. He didn't plan to attack now. He would watch from the rear and even if he would seem useless to his team, it would only be a matter of time for him to showcase his true power. For now he needed to analyse the battle ground and know where best to place his points during allocation.
"Aren't you going to get going?" Myia's voice cut through his thoughts. He shivered lightly and turned to stare at her in shock.
