A week passed since Lilith last saw Sebastian, and life had settled into a peaceful rhythm. Without the drama of Lia and Rayan in her life, she felt lighter, more relaxed. She enjoyed spending time with Ava and Nova, who always managed to make her laugh with their quirky antics and playful banter. The two of them had become a refreshing part of her life, and for the first time in a long while, Lilith found herself genuinely enjoying the company of others.

Her online venture’s revenue had dropped significantly, and she knew she needed to make some changes to keep it going. She began brainstorming new ideas, searching for a more sustainable way to move forward.
Before she knew it, another week had gone by in the blink of an eye. Time seemed to slip away faster than she expected, and soon, she found herself adjusting her schedule for the upcoming week. Sebastian, as always, was keeping busy with his own affairs. He was currently out of the country, handling some important work-related events. His absence meant that Lilith had more room to focus on her own tasks without worrying about his unpredictable mood swings.
Although his absence gave her space, she couldn’t ignore the fact that the office seemed a bit quieter without his presence. She couldn’t help but wonder what he was up to, but she quickly pushed the thought aside. There was no point in dwelling on something she had no control over. For now, she had her own priorities to take care of.
It was Friday, and everyone had decided to unwind after a long week by heading to a bar to relax. A reservation had already been made for the group, and everyone had brought their clothes with them to change for the evening.
Ava had promised to bring something for Lilith, and although Lilith had initially hesitated, she decided to let Ava pick out the outfit. After all, it was just for fun.
The two of them went to the washroom to change. As they stepped inside, Ava couldn’t contain her excitement. "I brought a black dress for you!" she said, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm as she passed Lilith the bag.
Lilith narrowed her eyes at the bag, suspicion creeping in. She could already sense something a little off. Ava noticed her hesitation and her eyes darted nervously. "It’s... um... not too much, right?" Ava asked, her voice a bit guilty as she glanced at Lilith.
Lilith pulled the dress out of the bag and looked at it, her eyes widening slightly as she saw it was a black strappy bodycon dress.
Ava laughed awkwardly, clearly sensing Lilith’s discomfort. "You like it, right?" she asked, her voice light and a little uncertain as she also pulled out her own pink bodycon dress with a proud grin.
"I don’t want to," Lilith said, eyeing the dress with a bit of reluctance. Although she didn’t mind wearing exposed clothes, this one was different—short, tight, and revealing. Back in her past, she was used to wearing robes, long, flowing outfits that hid her figure rather than accentuated it. This bodycon dress was a far cry from her usual style.
Ava, however, wasn’t giving up so easily. "Pretty please!" she begged, clasping her hands together dramatically. "God, you have a body to die for, Lilith! You need to show it off!"
Lilith raised an eyebrow, her expression unreadable. She wasn’t used to all the attention that came with wearing something like this. But then she glanced at Ava’s eager face, her excitement almost contagious.
With a small sigh, Lilith relented. "Fine," she said, "But only because you’re so persistent."
Ava’s face lit up with joy. "Yes!" she squealed, hugging Lilith tightly before pulling her towards the changing area. "You’re going to look amazing, I promise!"
Lilith gave a reluctant smile, the kind that seemed to say, we’ll see about that.
Ava stepped out of the changing room first, her pink bodycon dress hugging her figure perfectly. As she looked at herself in the mirror, she felt a surge of satisfaction. The dress fit her like a glove, highlighting her curves, and the color made her skin glow. She couldn’t help but smile, feeling confident.
The washroom was now quieter, with only a few women left in the washroom, all preparing for the night out. Ava took a moment to check herself out, running her fingers through her hair, admiring how effortlessly cute yet hot she looked.
She pulled out her makeup bag and began getting ready. She started by applying a bit of foundation to even out her complexion, followed by a light layer of bronzer to give her cheeks some warmth. Next, she picked up her eyeliner pencil and carefully lined her eyes, making them look bold and sharp. She then added a pop of mascara to her lashes, making her eyes look even more dramatic.
Finally, Ava applied a pink lipstick, making sure to fill in the edges with precision before adding a layer of gloss for extra shine. She admired the finished look in the mirror, feeling a rush of excitement. The evening was about to get a lot more fun.
She glanced at the door, wondering where Lilith was, as it had been ten minutes since she had gone in to change. Ava raised an eyebrow, starting to feel a little impatient.
Finally, the door to the changing room creaked open, and Lilith stepped out, her gaze straight ahead. She didn’t look uncomfortable in the black dress, but there was a slight sulk on her face, as though she wasn’t entirely convinced it was her style. The black bodycon dress clung to her body, accentuating her curves in all the right places, the strappy design showing off her shoulders and collarbones.
Ava’s eyes widened, and she couldn’t help but let out a squeal. She fanned herself dramatically with her hand, almost as if she couldn’t believe how amazing Lilith looked.
