From the tip of his tail, Levos drank in every drop of Bulma's life force.
His body trembled. His power skyrocketed so violently that the entire Lookout shook as if it would be torn apart by the sheer pressure.
Yet miraculously, nothing was destroyed.
Levos lowered his gaze and saw the base of Vados's staff glowing faintly, ripples spreading outward. The strange waves were silently dispersing his runaway aura.
Quickly reining in his energy, Levos focused inward.
He could feel it a new energy core taking shape inside him. His body quivered with an unstoppable urge.
If he could cross this threshold, he would break free of his limits. He could even surpass Goku Black and Vegito Black.
But just as the process was about to complete, his eyes widened in shock.
Bulma's energy was gone. Completely drained.
And still, the evolution wasn't finished.
It was so close just one step away!
Levos froze, staring blankly at his tail.
The others could feel his rising power. Joy spread across their faces.
Even Shenron's crimson eyes flickered with awe.
But Vados and Champa exchanged troubled frowns.
Gradually, the others realized something was wrong.
Levos's brow remained tightly furrowed.
A heavy silence smothered the Lookout.
Then Shenron shuddered, sneaking a glance at Champa. Seeing the God of Destruction pay him no heed, the dragon cleared his throat nervously.
"My power won't hold much longer. Speak your wishes quickly."
All eyes turned to Levos.
He drew a deep breath, exhaling slowly. His strength had increased, but the evolution he had desperately hoped for had not come. His appearance remained unchanged.
It wasn't enough. He couldn't turn the tide .
Right now, he wasn't even confident he could defeat Vegito Black let alone Broly Black, whose potential and raw might outstripped them all.
Time was running out. He needed another path.
Finally, as Shenron's massive form trembled and began to fade, Levos raised his voice.
"Great Shenron! My first wish restore Earth to the way it was twenty-five years ago!"

Shenron's eyes gleamed.
"A simple wish. So be it!"
A scarlet radiance flashed across the heavens.
"It is done. Speak your next wish."
"Look! There Earth is back! The blue planet is whole again!"
But the celebration quickly dimmed.
"The three Dark Ones are still out there…"
Shenron shuddered harder, his voice urgent.
"Hurry. Speak your wish, or I will vanish!"
Levos clenched his fists. He had no time to explain.
"My second wish revive all who have died on Earth and its nearby space within the past twenty-five years!"
His heart pounded as he spoke.
Shenron's eyes flashed once more.
"A trivial wish. But note this those who died of natural causes or have already been reincarnated cannot be returned. Shall I proceed?"
Another blaze of crimson light lit the sky.
"It is done. Now, your final wish."
The halos above Gohan and Trunks's heads had vanished. Relief spread across their faces.
"Uncle Piccolo must be back too!" Gohan said, overjoyed.
But as Levos scanned the Lookout, his chest tightened.
The two Trunkses searched desperately, panic filling their eyes.
Meanwhile, the others were still wondering how Levos intended to face the Dark Trio.
Shenron's body quaked violently.
"Quickly! Your last wish! Speak it or I will fade away!"
Levos's eyes hardened. Time was gone.
"Miss Vados, release Fused Zamasu."
Vados nodded, sending the glowing sphere imprisoning Zamasu into Levos's reach.
Without hesitation, Levos absorbed it into his tail.
Then he shouted his final wish.
"Shenron! For my third wish teleport everyone near Earth with a battle power over one hundred million to the Supreme Kai's world of Universe 7!"
Shenron's eyes widened. His massive body trembled.
"A most… difficult request. Unless the targets consent, I cannot…"
"You must!" Levos roared.
"You have to send them! Especially the three Dark Ones they must be transported!"
Shenron hesitated, sneaking a terrified glance at Champa.
Champa barked, "Idiot! I don't need you to move me or Vados. Just focus on his wish make it happen!"
"And Mr. Popo does not need to be moved either," Popo muttered softly, though no one heard.
"Yes, Lord Champa!" Shenron obeyed, his eyes blazing one final time.
His colossal body shook as the wish took hold.
One by one, figures on the Lookout vanished into light.
Shenron's strength gave out. With a thunderous crack, his form collapsed into seven glittering orbs that shot across the sky, scattering back to Earth.
Champa flicked his ears and smirked.
"Vados, this is getting interesting. Let's see where this goes."
"As you wish, Lord Champa."
With a wave of her staff, the entire Lookout turned into a streak of light, streaking across the void toward destiny.
