Mabel quickly said, "If you take the medicine, sister will like you even more. You’re sick now, so sister will be very worried about you. Do you want sister to always be worried about you?"
He furrowed his brow, as if this was a very difficult answer, "I want sister to like me more, but I also want sister to always worry about me. Does that mean sister is always thinking about me?"
"..." Mabel found that Kyle seemed more troublesome when he was feverish compared to when he was normal. Last time when he was feverish, it didn’t seem this hard to get him to take medicine! "Whether you take the medicine or not, I’ll always be thinking about you. But if you take the medicine and get better, then sister can happily play with you."
After much persuasion, Kyle finally agreed to take the medicine. Mabel fed him the medicine, and seeing he wasn’t sleepy, she turned on the TV to let him watch some animation.
"I like sister." He flashed her a sweet smile.
The smile was pure, sweet, with a hint of shyness, making Mabel feel an impulsive urge to have a nosebleed. Kyle’s face was already extraordinarily handsome, and with such a smile, it simply activated a woman’s maternal instincts!
She regretted not having her phone earlier to capture that smile!
But, uh... now that she thought about it, it wasn’t too late. Mabel thought for a while, took out her phone, pointed the lens at Kyle, and shouted, "Kyle, look here, come on, smile!"
Thus, a photo of Kyle’s sweet smile appeared on Mabel’s phone.
Mabel was satisfied, thinking, since she was taking one photo, she might as well take a hundred. Why not take more while she had the chance?
So, Mabel held her phone and started taking continuous photos of Kyle, not just solo shots, sometimes she would join in, taking selfies.
Kyle was very cooperative, posing however Mabel asked him to. It made Mabel inwardly regret not having learned photography before, otherwise she could have used a professional camera to photograph Kyle. The phone had its limitations after all.
"By the way, are you tired, do you want to take a break?" After taking so many photos, she paused to ask, considering he was still a patient.
He shook his head, looking quite energetic, if not for the abnormal blush on his cheeks, he seemed just as usual, "Not tired, I like taking photos with sister."
Mabel glanced at Kyle, he really didn’t seem tired, so she continued taking lots of photos with him, thoroughly enjoying it.

Yet his manner made Mabel’s heart inexplicably fill with a sour feeling she couldn’t quite describe. Clearly, he was hungry, but still insisted he wasn’t. She remembered the bodyguard who accompanied Kyle to Falling City had mentioned he hadn’t eaten much since he visited the cemetery.
"Alright, alright, I’m the one who’s hungry. I’ll go prepare some food. You watch the animation here and wait for me for a while." She said, planning to head to the kitchen downstairs to see if there was anything to eat.
